The company and Michael were awesome! I called Sunday and was able to get the inspection by Wednesday! Michael was punctual and very professional. He listened to concerns I had about the condition of my house and answered all the questions I had. The report came within the timeline given and was very thorough - I really appreciated how it even divided issues between the urgency needed for repair.

Inspection went as expected and we received a full report. The inspector answered questions and went over his findings on site. He showed up prior to the appointment and completed the inspection in approximately 2 hours.

Paulo was a detail oriented person. Very nice job.

Michael Hales with next day inspect exceeded my expectation. He was thorough and his report is helping us make an informed decision. He was also very friendly and I stuck around for the inspection and got quite an education. We have not made a final decision on the purchase as it may be death by A thousand cuts and we are still waiting on the estimate repair report. Do not wave your inspections! While at the inspection the dishwasher was turned on and started leaking in the basement of the property we were inspecting and if we had waved our inspections we never would have known about the issue! It was also Michael's opinion that there might be an issue with the sump pump in the basement. Again we would not have known that without an inspection.
