When I purchased my first home, I didn’t have that much of a great experience with the inspector but we decided to try with next day inspect for my mothers future property and I was completely satisfied with the services provided! Couldn’t have been any better in my opinion, kept me involved through the process, explained the issues and what we could do about it and he took his time. They were a little off on getting us the report in the time frame we requested after saying they would try their best, they just didn’t keep me informed but other than that, I still feel everything was great!

NextDay Inspect did a great job with my new construction home inspection. Being that the builder doesn't allow the homeowner to be the pre-settlement inspection (weirdest thing ever) I really depended on Michael from NextDay Inspect to be my eyes for the inspection. He was able to provide a detailed report with photos and suggestions. NextDay Inspect was also able to conduct a radon test on the same day after already completing the inspection. Everyone I spoke with at NextDay Inspect was very polite and easy to work with.
