Quite well. They communicated with me well on what needed to be done. Also good at forecasting costs. As a bonus they discovered a sump pump went bad.

My radon levels were high so i called 2 of the top rated service providers on angies list. Im so glad the other one didnt return messages. Randon experts came out quick and took care of the problem. My levrls were 14 and now .57. The technicians arrived on time, did their job and cleaned up after themselves. In my opinion this company is the best on Angies list. If you have a radon problem dont worry about calling anyone else just call the experts. On a side note, The other top rated company finally called me back 2 weeks after my initial call and quoted me a price $300 more than radon experts for the same product. Im so glad a chose radon experts.

They were a pleasure to work with, they quickly called me back and provided an accurate estimate over the phone. They were patient and answered all my questions as well. They showed up on time the day of the installation, were neat and professional and again took their time to tell me what they were doing and why. The work was done quickly, no mess and the installed system looks great and is working very well. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing! Excellent responsive customer service. Easy to schedule. On the day of the install the guys were right on time and completely prepared. The results are excellent - system was installed in such a way that there is really no impact to the appearance of the house. Looks about the same as a gutter pipe. Everything was installed on the exterior, with a pipe going well under the foundation to the gravel bed under the house. Radon Experts are super knowledgeable and also very careful that the install keeps the house looking great. Super low price as well - the guys worked really hard to keep the house beautiful.

The guys did a great job installing system. It was clean and quick.

Rodolfo and his partner came out a week before and advised what the additional costs would be, beyond the Angie's List special offer. They were very professional and explained precisely what needed to be done. In addition to just installing the new system, the crawl space had to be completely sealed. Routing of the piping and fan was complex because of the existing deck and a water spigot and gas line. We agreed on a date a week later to do the work. On that day, Rodolfo called at 7am to let me know they were on their way and would be there in 1/2 hour. They arrived, came in (removing their shoes when they were in the house), explained again what they were going to do, asked if there were any questions, and then got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were done in about 3 hours. No mess, no fuss. I am really pleased with the work.

He showed up on time and was done promptly. He installed the system so it is nicely hidden by our holly bush. The usual installation location would have been an eyesore. We are very happy with the result.

Both guys were very professional and did excellent and clean work installing the radon mitigation system.

The owner was very responsive and easy to schedule. They arrived early and used my provided spray paint to paint the exhaust tower to match my siding. It was a team of two. They were very knowledgeable, professional and completed the job in about 3 hours. I'm very happy with the system. It doesn't look cheap. It was installed per Virginia building code and they gave me a free follow up radon test kit. They also gave me a warranty for the system and a guarantee for a level below 4.0. Overall I would recommend their service to anyone that needs radon mitigation. Excellent job.

Rodolfo and his partner were professional and courteous, and did a very nice job installing the system. the work went more quickly than I expected and they left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent job. Highly recommend.

Rodolfo and his partner arrived promptly at the scheduled time, with all of the necessary equipment and parts. They installed the radon fan quickly and cleaned up when finished. The quality of the electrical connection from the fan was not installed to code. I understand they are not certified electricians, but the junction box that they installed was not wired properly. We had an electrician on site that same day for other work, and had him wire the fan onto a separate circuit into the main panel box. Overall, I would recommend Rodolfo and Radon Experts of VA, they were prompt, courteous and professional.

These guys did a great job and were professional, polite, efficient and punctual. When we bought our house we had high, but non-actionable levels of Radon, around 3.8, in the finished basement. My kids started playing in there more so I bought a radon monitor. Some days we had radon in the 2s and other times it would jump past 4. We hired these guys to install the sump pump radon mitigation system, but my wife thought it was worth paying the extra amount to do a system where the pipes would run through our garage attic/roof to avoid having a big pvc pipe running up the back of our house. Things seem to be working great, with our radon monitor consistently reading below 0.5, which I believe is roughly the level of radon outdoors. Pretty pleased and happy I don't have to worry about my kids playing down there for extended periods of time!

prompt, professional and very quick to do the job. our house tested positive for radon prior to its sale and these guys were on site within a couple of days to scope the problem and offer a solution. installation took less than one day and our house was radon free so that the home sale could proceed. great guys to work with

Prompt...to the minute, both in their arrival time and amount of time to complete job. The two fellas were polite, informative, clean in their work and cleanup (and it was raining the whole time). Fantastic experience.

Went very well and they did their best to provide me with the most cost effective and practical service option for my home and situation. They could have overcharged without my knowledge but in light of my gome's infrastructure, they found ways to cut the price and still provide the full service and installation I needed.

They were punctual, polite and communicative. I didn't have to wonder what they were doing because they made sure I already knew. All of the work was very neat . My radon levels previously were up to 20. The levels are now reduced to below 1. The warranty is good, it is 10 years. What impressed me compared to others is they were the only ones who said they would come see me and asked when it is convenient for me. The other companies acted as if they didn't want the business. I liked the fact that they are committed to delivering a good service with a good value. You deal with the owners of the company.
