I called Rodolfo on a Friday because my radon mitigation system (installed by a different company) was in need of repair. He was able to come by the next day, on Saturday morning, and quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it.

No problem scheduling an appointment - nor in my having to change the appointment later. They were punctual, polite, and professional at all times. I was consulted when needed. They completely answered any and all of my questions before, during, and after the installation. They were very efficient at all times - and completely and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. They went above and beyond expected service by moving boxes and furniture that I could not do myself - and then replacing them after they were finished. At all times they were friendly and helpful. I was very pleased - and only wish that their business included other hiring possibilities - I would definitely hire them again.

Our existing system had been in the house 4 years and we had already had the fan replaced once. The previous company also used gutter pipe instead of PVC. We had Radon Experts come out to evaluate. Originally we were only going to replace the pipe since it was making so much noise that it was hard to sleep. Radon Experts told us that the type of fan that was being used was known for going bad and they recommended a different brand. It's been 3 months so far and no problem. They also replaced the pipe. They were quick efficient and very professional.

From start to finish I was impressed with this company. We contacted 3 other companies and the others were significantly over in price or didn't respond in a timely manner or not at all. I communicated exclusively with Rodolfo and really appreciated the way he explained everything simply yet comprehensively. It was no problem scheduling a time that worked for me. They arrived early and left earlier than was estimated. The final product looks extremely professional and is not intrusive to our living space. The warranty information seems reasonable and he gave good recommendations for continued testing. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

We had Fantastic experience with this company. It couldn't have gone smoother. Rodolfo came out on time and, within a couple of hours, had our system up-and-running. He took time to answer all of our questions, left nothing behind for clean-up, was wonderfully courteous and the install is seriously top-notch quality. Everything looks great and the best part is the peace of mind knowing our family is protected. We called several competitors, some even tried to bad mouth this company but, I'm so glad we went with our gut and chose these guys. Can't recommend them enough!

Found them on Angie's List. Followed the link to their website and submitted the online request for a quote on August 4. As of September 6, over a month, I have not heard from them.

Since I had a finished basement, installing the system inside was too dificult and expensive. So they recommended and external one that is working perfectly.

Per our request Rodolfo came out to our home to let us know what our options were. Our situation was somewhat complicated but he worked with us to figure out a way to install a system that was satisfactory to us. He ended up installing 2 systems/fans, one of them with 2 suction points. Rodolfo was very professional, prompt and extremely hard working. We have not yet retested our home but Radon Experts guarantees to reduce radon levels to below 4pCi/L.

Great, radon level went down from 30 to around 1.4. We had most of the system installed already, just needed some external work done.

So very pleased with the outcome. I have a radon monitor and since the installation, my readings are hovering around 0.62. I've recommended this company to everyone in my community. Of the top three "A-rated" on Angie's List in my area, they were the first to respond. They were on-time, respectful, and mission-focused. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They completed the installation in two hours before moving on to my neighbor's house. If you are in NoVA, call these guys!

Everything went great! These guys were delayed by bad weather on a number of occasions, but that did not stop them from performing excellent work and in a timely manner.

They replaced the shoddy downspout with PVC and relocated the system to where I wanted it and where it would be safe. They were efficient, professional, courteous, and helpful; and they provided a written guarantee of their work.

I needed work done quickly due to a pending sale. They showed up on time and did everything in a very professional manner. I was very pleased with the company and how they handled the installation.

The two techs were courteous, professional and on time. They claimed they could not install their system in the unfinished part of the basement--I'm still not sure why (they did explain that it would be complicated). They did install it in the basement finished bedroom, but they did not tell me that a fan would run 24 hours (disturbing the sleep of any of our guests). It was also not clear they would install it directly into the sump pump tank and then seal the tank so that I cannot access the sump pump without tearing off their seal. I'm not going to ask for any action, but caution any future customers to be very sure exactly where the system will be installed and how much noise it makes. I have to wonder if the lower cost of this "deal" caused the techs to look for the cheapest solution?
