Working with Millenium was wonderful. The gentlemen were extremely nice and professional. The work was scheduled for a Saturday and needed to be done that day as several baptiisms were scheduled for the next day. After discovering the larger leak and the need to replace the heater they arranged for another employee to meet them with the part as their warehouse was closing for the day. They worked nonstop and made all necessary repairs ensuring everything functioned properly. We even received a telephone call later that evening to check that there were no further leaks and the water was heated to the desired temperature. They even provided us with a cellphone number to call if needed.

Issues with them calling before they came b/c we have a dog that needs to be inside. They also started the pump and let it run without the pool being set up properly. We caught it before the pump could burn out. We started out with a maintenance contract last summer but cancelled after this issue and maintained the pool ourselves. They closed the pool as well b/c that was part of our contract with no issues. We are using a different company to open/close this year.

I was very happy with their services. It was an excellent experience. They were quick to respond and came back two times to understand exactly what they needed to get the job done. They did a good job.

Exactly as expected. I made a call to schedule. They called the day before to remind me. They showed up on time, did the work perfectly. I was billed within a week or so. Perfect!

Very good. They came out to review the existing operation and made some recommendations to fix some minor but nagging problems overlooked by the prior company.

The owner is honest and does a good job. He doesn't charge much.

I tried on three separate occasions to contact Greg in the Maryland office to do a pool inspection at a home I am buying and never got a call back. How disappointing.

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, were flexible when a problem emerged, and stuck to quote. I had a lot of confidence that they knew what they were doing.

Very professional in knowledge, understanding of problems. Extremely pleasant to work with. Excellent written estimate. Only reason we did not have his firm do work is that we decided to sell home and will provide estimate to buyer.

After I vented in the previous report, Hank called promptly, arranged for an e-mailed estimate, came out and fixed the heater over a period of a couple of days. Fixed other things that needed fixing. I'm satisfied with the work, although I haven't seen a bill yet. They have some internal communications issues (passing along messages, work orders, etc.) so, as far as I can tell, the solution is to call Hank directly. The "grade" is discounted because of the original experience.

This has been going on for over a month. Called them looking for repair of pool heater. Got an estimate for a new heater. I insisted they look at the heater and estimate and provide a repair. Technician offered off-hand estimate of $400 (compared to new heater at $3,200). Still waiting for formal estimate; no repairman in sight.

Contacted Greg at Millenium Pools (Frederick, MD location) on Tues 6/7 because I had a leak in my pool I could not find. I was referred to them from a certified pool operator instructor. I spoke with Greg over the phone and we consulted on what I had done to try and find the leak. From what I explained to him he diagnosed the issue right away and made a leak detection appt for Sat at 8am 6/11. Greg and Paul arrived on time at 8am, very professional looking with their white shirts and tan shorts, very polite, and the best of all very knowledgable. They used air pressure to determine the leak, they determined what course of action needed to take place. Since i had to have concrete tore up and repoured it was not a one day job and they would have to come back. However they did not leave me pooless. They plugged my return and pressure tested it to make sure it would hold so I could use my pool until they returned. We sit a date for June 27th at 9am. I used my pool until that time. On June 27th, they both arrived again on time, professional, and polite. They worked to repair my leaky return. They cut my pool skirt, repaired the return, and repoured the concrete. I was a terrific job. You can hardly tell the deck was cut and patched and the leak is fixed. I will definitely use this company for all of my pool needs. They are a great find!!

My pool service company went out of business and I needed to have my pool opened. My need arose during mid May which I know is a very busy time of year. Millenium was able to squeeze me in and their crew arrived and was very professional, attentive to detail and worked for two hours cleaning my pool. By the next day I was able to swim in my pool. Great experience overall.

Millineum Pool Service, did an excellent job opening our pool. We are new to owning a pool so we were not sure what to expect, but knew it had to go better than the closing last Fall. Millineum Pool Service is very helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of pools. Their work was thorough and neat, and they answered all of my questions I had about the system. I will definitely use them again. We had a small scheduling problem, but they quickly resolved the issue.

We purchased a house last year and they recommended Millenium Pool Service. I checked out other services and they were the most reasonable. I scheduled an initial pool opening over the phone and the sales person was very helpful and pleasant. I am looking forward to working with them. Will report back once they open the pool.

They never showed up. I figured they were running late and gave them the benefit of the doubt. They never showed up. I finally called and they gave me the run around.

We bought a home with an existing, very old pool. When time came to open the pool for the summer, we discovered that the plumbing had major leaks. Millennium Pools was recommended by the pool supply store. Greg from Millennium came out to do a leak test on the pool and then detailed the repairs that would be necessary. He and his crew removed existing concrete decking, replaced the plumbing, relaid the concrete deck and painted the pool. The finished result was fabulous! The crew finished the work in a timely fashion and we were very pleased with the outcome. Now, three years later, I am again using greg and his crew to scrape, patch and repaint the pool. Once again, he has been responsive where other companies never bothered returning my calls. I would highly recommend Millennium for any pool work.

We like them a lot. They are extremely professional. Their prices are slightly lower than others around here. Sometimes I have to call them twice to get a response.

Every single person that I came in contact with was pleasant, courteous, prompt and professional. Because of the weather and frozen pipes, they had to make multiple trips out to my home, so I met a couple of the repair people. They sent a bill, well within the estimate the following month. Last week I discovered another leak. I sent an email out to Jenia and they were here the next business day, tightened up a few things, solved the problem and left. Very quick, very efficient. It's so nice to have quality work done by quality people. I highly recommend this company.
