They were courteous and friendly on the phone setting up appointment. The men arrived when scheduled and the work was complete within a couple hours. We added stairs and a hallway and sitting room. The additional cost was very fair. I was aware of the $2/stair charge that was not part of the coupon and this was money well spent! I was informed at the time of service that the charge for removing the leaf guards was not $50 (per the Angie's big deal) but $50 per RUN of gutters (I had four, two on the house and two on the garage). We settled on $100 extra rather that $200.  The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each.  I thought the price was too high and declined.
