Best basement remodelers near Rose Hill, VA

"Oral and his team did an amazing job of completing 2 unfinished rooms in my basement. The project was completed under reasonable budget and with utmost professionalism. The work was completed within time and no issues. I would really recommend Oral for home projects. He’s great in understanding what is required to be done and provides options to choose from and helps with recommendations as well."

"From the very beginning, Upgrade Remodeling was incredible for their contacting me fast, having a Project Manager available all the time for questions, scheduling the actual work to be done, a contact between me and the installers...I recommend Upgrade Remodeling to everyone. And the walk-in shower walls, floor, grab bars, and seat are beautiful, too!"

"Sadly our initial review has to be amended to FAIR due to the fact that our basement was not completely waterproofed by Ameri Dry. After explaining to our Ameri Dry representative that our basement was added after the home was built and several original outside walls were now "inside" walls, but we were told that these areas of our basement did not need to be waterproofed. We had 2 other written estimates and each estimate was for the entire perimeter of the basement. We asked the Ameri Dry representative several more times about waterproofing the remaining sections of basement and again and again we were told not to worry about having water in our basement ever again....

Unfortunately, we had water in our basement in the areas that were not waterproofed due to the fact that we trusted the expert company, Ameri Dry to come back to our home and complete the job how it should have been done in the first place and at no further charge to us. Why no charge to us - 1. We hired an expert company. 2. We asked more than several times about waterproofing the original walls. Ameri Dry is the expert, that's why they were hired.

After several calls back & forth as well as a home visit by an Ameri Dry representative, I was told by JC that for under $700.00 (I cannot remember the $600 odd dollar amount) Ameri Dry will come fix the basement problem which is about 8 feet of space that should be waterproofed to tie into the sump pump. I told JC that we should not have to pay additional money to fix a problem that should never occurred. After going back and forth on the phone with the issue at hand not resolved to my satisfaction, the conversation ended.

We did get 3 estimates, Ameri Dry was the most expensive (Ameri Dry did match B Dry's price) and choose Ameri Dry for the great initial communication. Our other 2 estimates (which were both less expensive) were for the entire perimeter of the basement.

In hindsight more expensive isn't better and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B DRY FOR YOUR HOME WATERPROOFING NEEDS.

The Ameri Dry management was rated "C" but the employees are an "A" for their Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality & Professionalism!"

"It was 2 brothers who showed up and they were so nice.  They were quick but did a great job! They even painted more than I expected - I would definitely hire them for more painting and other home improvement jobs!

"It went very, very well. Mr. Wayland was polite, professional and very personable. He showed great knowledge in all areas
regarding the different projects .He did an outstanding job with everything. He was very tidy and conscientious. Very reasonable
in his prices. I am now going to contract him to stain and repair my deck and build  wood siding around my chimney, I know it will
look great !"

"Overall I am satisfied with the work that was done in my home.
Ben Meffley the Owner of Sky home improvement came to my home and gave me a better estimate than the previous company. I decided to go to a store to pick out the flooring myself and Ben went out of his way to pick it up for me.
He did a fantastic  job installing the floor, and tried to be considerate in cleaning up any mess left behind.
The floors look wonderful, and I couldn't be happier"

"Steven did an awesome job on our basement. He was very professional, flexible, and most importantly his work was quality for a fair price. I would recommend Townside to a friend without hesitation."

"I started the remodel myself and made a mess of a few things but Cougar Development Corp was able to repair my mistakes and give us a finished product that we can be happy to have our guests use. The vanity and shelving look amazing and the trim work done throughout is fantastic. At the end of the project I even requested caulking throughout to prepare for the paint due to my lack of equipment and they did it quickly and perfectly.

"It was fine. The original design didn’t meet my needs based on the information I provided them. However, they revised the plans which worked out better for me. They were able to get the first draft to me pretty quickly."

"His crew and crew leader were very attentive to details and my questions.   Since we have pets, I asked them to double check the ground around the house before they left each day for any items that could be ingested or would hurt their paws if stepped on and all six of the crew went around the house a second time double checking for me.   The final result is a gorgeous, well-installed
roof that will last for decades!    I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement.
