They arrived when they said they would. Work done quickly and well. They cleaned up afterwards.

Four times after work was done had backed up toilets and showers due to clogged pipes. They came back twice and unclogged pipes and told us we used too much toilet paper. We had never had back ups before. This final instance they said they'd come out and never did. We waited all day and they never showed. We called numerous times and left messages. They never called or showed up. Finally had a different plumber come out. He dug up sewer line and revealed the wrong connection had been used to connect the downstairs basement line to the other line instead of the appropriate "Y" connection. He showed us where the connection was completely clogged and said this was where the issue was coming from. He said any plumber knows that the connection Brothers installed was not the right type for this job. He redid almost all of the work they did and charged me 1/3 what they charged.

We are fixing up an old building into a store.  I admit that it is in bad shape, but that's why we're trying to fix it up!  We called for a plumber to unclog a very slow draining pipe for the sink and toilet.  The sink was sitting on top of an old cabinet that did need repair in a bathroom that is old (hey, we're fixing up the building!).  The toilet was also full of old brown stuff (again, we're fixing up the building!).  He looked at the sink a few minutes, complained about the cabinet and floor, then said he needed parts.  He left to get the parts and never came back.  I called again later that afternoon and he said that he could come back at 8am the next morning.  The next morning, I waited until 11:30am and he never showed up.
If he didn't want to do the job, he should have just said so.  To leave and never come back and then schedule a second time and never show up is completely unprofessional. I will never call these guys again.
