This was my first home inspection as I'm a 1st-time homebuyer. Ashia explained the process very well and informed me on what to anticipate. The pricing was slightly more than other companies, but I'm GRATEFUL that I hired this company because they went out the way! The inspector offered to picked me up after completing the inspection, to provide me with a visual of everything that would be included in the report. The report was very detailed and included pics as visuals. Very detailed oriented, professional and I'm grateful I used and will always recommend THIS company!! Between my in-person experience and the report itself, I will always recommend this company for any inspections!!

Ashia did a great job for my home inspection, I hired her for complete home inspection for my home and she did excellent job and check each and everything very good which includes roof, AC and heating and if there is leaks in restroom, chimney, gutter in the restroom. She took pictures of each and everything which needs to be taken care in detailed. She took videos and pictures of the roof with drone which helps me to get review with the buyer agent.
