"We were unable to get the variance permission from Fairfax County to allow the construction to proceed (after 2 years of trying). We have tried to cancel the contract with Total Remodeling Systems, and they have been completely unresponsive. We have sent 3 letters, 4 emails, and left half a dozen messages. We cannot get anyone to acknowledge that we want to cancel the contract, and we cannot get anyone to provide us with information about a refund (or partial refund) of our 20% deposit. We have been trying for 6 MONTHS to get a response. NOTHING!!!"

We have been involved in the construction field for over 20 years. Customers are are top concern and following timelines to insure completion of job as stated on contract. Our sub contractors are insured with liability and comprehensive insurance. This has been a major thing that insured complete satisfaction to all of our customers. We charge 45.00 a man hour. We will travel to do larger jobs. We do free estimates within 25 miles. Mileage will be charged on jobs over 25 miles away. The mileage will be charged only one way. We are a proud and well run company with contractors that are unique and full of new ideas for today's new idea's and best prices possible! When we clean we promise to be a shine above the rest.
