It was excellent! Bruce was professional, on time, and this will be the only electric company I will use from now on.

I didn't feel that I got 8 hours worth of electrician's services. He did spend a lot of time telling me what he would NOT do, but not that much time actually working. The work that he did has held up and been functional

I would have liked this fixed price to have been for the full service, not get sticker shock when they came out and highballed us.

The electrician was very good. He had to trouble shoot an intermittent working fan that was in our cathedral ceilinged great room. The fan was approx. 20 feet in the air and also had to trouble shoot a 3 way switch on two switches to get them to work together. He did a great job!

I was looking for a highly rated electrician and called Seven Hills several times the last two days. Each time I reached a voice mailbox for "April" saying she was away from her desk and to leave a message. After the beep, a second, automated message said "This subscriber cannot receive messages". Certainly, not a good way to capture potential clients. Because Seven Hills is so highly rated (87% "A"), I went to their website to see if there was an email address or form I could fill out to have someone contact me. There was no email, but there was a service request form. Unfortunately, it was not activated...I could not click on the fields to fill it out and submit. The web site did have a 24 hour emergency service number listed. I called it (512-402-5352) and it was Mr. Electric of Austin Texas! I spoke to a very pleasant fellow, who said he had no idea who Seven Hills Electric was or why Mr. Electric's number would be on Seven Hill's website. Very odd! So, with no way to contact Seven Hills, I thought I would write this review in case they monitor their Angie's List reviews. I write this in order to help Seven Hills, because they may not know about these poor customer service conditions. With an 87% A rating, there must be a serious mix-up and I hope they are all OK and still in business. Maybe business is so good they don't need any more customers? :-)

Outstanding! I called on Tuesday and they were able to work me in on Wednesday. Bruce called to confirm the appointment and again when he was on the way. He explained everything he was doing and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. He and Caleb both were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up their work area and worked expeditiously. I'm sold on SHE!

My appointment was scheduled for Friday at noon. Bruce called on Thursday asking if we could do this early. Unfortunately, I had taken Friday off for this so I told him if he had cancellations on Friday I would be willing to go earlier. Original appointment was for noon and Bruce arrived at 10:30 (EVEN BETTER)! Bruce was very professional and talked me through the whole process. After he was done, he cleaned up and secured all his equipment and ensured that everything I had out was accounted for. I will definitely use Seven Hills Electricand Bruce again!

Seven Hills is excellent. We had them to do work to put our house on the market and have had them back in our new house doing more. They are professional, punctual, extremely customer-focused and reasonably priced. Whenever we need an electrician, we will continue to use Seven Hills.

Matt was easy to talk to, did a great job, and if he wasn't married with kids, we would adopt him! We will be sure to call him at Seven Hills whenever we need electrical work done. Great job and thanks!

They did an awesome job. They had a great price and were very punctual and clean.

These folks were awesome from the beginning -- the scheduler, April, is a gem -- very professional, organized, on the ball. The electrician they assigned, Matt, came out twice -- once to survey the job and the next day to perform the work. Both times he traveled over 45 miles to get here, and fought terrible traffic..... but he had a great "no worries" attitude and did a terrific job.... I also got the 15% Angie's List discount.... HIGHLY recommend. I'll be calling them again............

We discovered Seven Hills on Angie's list and wanted to use a coupon for electrical work in a house we just bought. The electrician came by to look over my list of things and said it would be best if we just hired an electrician for the day. They integrated a Angie's list coupon into the day's price to help with the cost. While it wasn't a full 8-5 day's worth of work, a lot of my list got done, and done well. I didn't anticipate the speaker wire job to take as long as it did. We'll have to hire them back for a couple more hours to finish the rest, but what was done was done well.

Showed up early and cleaned up after. Very satisfied.

He was very nice and came over right away. He was very professional.

Friendly knowledgable guys and will definitely use again.

Bruce and Caleb showed up exactly when they said they would. They called ahead of time to let us know they were coming. They were both very friendly and helpful. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They kept me informed the entire time.

Seven Hills Electric did a wonderful job installing my two chandeliers...one in the dining room and the other in the entry hall with a dimmer switch. The chandeliers look beautiful! It was a father and son team... they were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call Seven Hills Electric again when I need electrical services!

He took off the light cover, checked the light bulb and socket., tightened a wire and he was done

James was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this contractor again. He completed the jobs in about an hour and a half and we were very happy we bought the 2 hour service. Booking the appointment was easy and he got there at the correct time.

I had installed a new fixture that withing two day failed so I decided to go with the pros. Bruce checkd everything out and it appeared there was a problem with the fixture. It took a couple of days for me to get a replacement and he came back and installed it for no additional cost.

He was on time. Did a great job and cleaned up after himself nicely.
