But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. "Castle called to set up measurements for window manufacture. Their rep showed up on time and was a relatively quick procedure to measure. They called again once windows were ready to install, to set up installation date. Superb job performed by the removal/install team. They called the day before their arrival and then again the morning of arrival. Went straight to work and were productive from start to finish. I had two sets of double windows replaced with double slider windows and you cannot tell the new windows frames are different from what was originally installed. Thoroughly cleaned the work area, to my satisfaction, when they were done. The only problem was they provided only half screens instead of full screens for the double sliders, however they rectified this when informed."

"Thompson Creek Windows did an outstanding job with the installation and clean up of the windows and doors. Scheduling was easy, the team was on-time every day, worked hard all day and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was a full 3 days of work. The team was very attentive, paying attention to detail. For example, One of the doors was delivered with a small dent in it. The team noticed it during installation and immediately ordered a replacement. When I returned home from work, they pointed it out to me (I may never have found it on my own) and let me know that a new one had been ordered. The new windows and doors look great, and all of the drafts from the old windows and doors are gone. We are extremely happy with the result."
