We contacted them to get a quote for some electrical work to be able to use an induction oven instead of gas oven in our kitchen. They came out to provide a free estimate, which was awesome! A lot of other places we called would either not provide one at all, or wanted to charge to come out. The two electricians who showed up were very professional and knowledgeable.

They were prompt, Completed the work on time and did all of the paperwork with the governments and novec. Also helped with picture for the insurance people.

This was a great experience. I contacted the company through Angie's List with a description of the job on Thursday evening and got a call back Friday to arrange an appointment for Monday. Alain (pronounced Alan) showed up promptly and was very professional. This was a basic task made much more difficult by the home builders' poorly designed laundry closet. Alain did the work quickly and put the dryer back in place better than the appliance installers had done. He even helped retrieve all the stuff that had fallen behind the dryer. We discussed several other projects around the house and he gave recommendations. We will definitely use this company again.

Site offers Free Estimates. This is NOT ACCURATE. They tell you hourly rates and refuse to estimate a project. Took 2 hours and charged $322 to reconnect a wire using a wire screw and change a light switch. Two hours??? You have got to be kidding me. Never Again. Gets a "D" because the repair did work.

Alain was great! He came at the time frame his team gave and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also took the time to explain what he's doing and why. His pricing was also pretty reasonable. We would definitely hire him again if we need any more electrical work done.

The representative from Infinite (Alin) was a true professional. He quickly determined the root cause of the problem and corrected a faulty GFI wiring arrangement that was causing intermittent issues. He then did a quick check on all of the other circuits. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being best, we would give Alin an 11. We only wish other contractors were as knowledgeable and courteous. We would recommend Alin and Infinite without hesitation or qualification.

I called Thursday noon and the electrician arrived the next day at 10:30. He was cheerful, helpful, pleasant and skillful. He found the cause of the short circuit, fixed it and reset the breaker in under an hour and a half. I am very glad to have discovered an electrician who is prompt, efficient, skillful and willing to explain the work done in straightforward language. I am glad to have found an electrician who is not afraid on a house with 100 year old wiring. I will rely on Infinite Electric in the future.

Great the service was preformed well and the tech was wonderful

Infinite responded quickly to my inquiry and came to the house at the appointed time. In addition to my needing an electrical outlet in the crawl space (to run a dehumidifier), I was concerned that my existing electrical panel might need upgrading to accommodate this. Alan answered all my questions, told me I did not need costly updates, and suggested other inexpensive options around the house where I could save on power to cover the extra juice needed for the dehumidifier. He was extremely helpful. He installed the new outlet in the crawl space, finding a location in a convenient spot for me, all at a reasonable cost. I would definitely hire them again.
