Infinite Electric LLC

It was a difficult and tedious installation, which is why I paid for it. They made it known how crazy the instructions and process were. They were able to install it successfully. Glad I hired them.

From start to finish, we were very impressed with Infinite Electric. Heidi Harris responded almost immediately after posting that we were looking for an electrician (and she responded on a Sunday!). We appreciated that someone came out to look at the job before giving us a quote. They also talked through the different options and provided advice for what where to locate things. Gerald Wills performed the initial walk through and the installation. He was prompt, professional, and very friendly. Overall this was a great experience, and we will call again for future electrical work.

Brian fixed up the electrical outlets. He also installed the light, which looks like a million dollars. He was on time, affable and easy to work with. We will be using Infinite Electric again!

Jerry was terrific. On time, professional, and not at all condescending, which is unusual when it comes to repair people when talking to women. I would definitely hire Jerry again, and will likely do so in order to install an overhead outlet in the dining room.

Infinite electric has been great to work with. On the first visit, they installed recessed lights on the main floor, rewired an outlet switch to instead power lights, and installed a couple outlets. We liked their service and price so much, they came out a couple months later to do similar work upstairs. They charged significantly less than another company we previously used and are really good to work with on work order changes. While working, they asked questions to verify that we were satisfied with the locations of lights and outlets and made suggestions accordingly. They even made suggestions to save us money from what was originally quoted. Also, we've never felt like they pushed us into doing more work. They've become our go to electrical team.

Zach was a total pro. I am so used to techs doing the least. Zach took the installation to a new level by running not just one but two floor and ceiling level outlets without requiring me to do ANY drywall or paint after work. I still can't figure out how he did it in just a couple hours!

Professional service with work satisfactorily completed

Heidi was great to deal with to schedule a visit. Jerry, the electrician who came to the house, was super nice, professional, helpful, patient (we have 3 dogs). He accurately assessed the problems, and fixed them quickly, all at a super reasonable cost. He provided a reasonable estimate for the additional work we need done, and looking forward to Jerry returning to finish our work.

I have absolutely no complaints about the work performed. Gerald was punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the job before he finished and he cleaned up after himself. The was the second job he did for us and I will definitely rehire if needed! The gentleman arrived on time and was finished quickly. He was polite and accomplished the work with ease. He hauled off the old light fixture. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend them to anyone else.

Needed the original under-cabinet, ductless kitchen range hood replaced after 25 years as well as replacement of an electrical outlet in the basement bathroom. Booked an appointment on the phone with Heidi for 3 days out. Gerry called ahead on the scheduled day and promptly arrived for the estimate. The price was right in the wheelhouse, and he was able to do the work immediately. Gerry was very polite and efficient and got the job done in about an hour. Everything works great. Very pleased with the experience and will definitely hire again.

Everyone at Infinite is great! Dominion Virginia (the power company) screwed up our meter box 13 years ago and never told us, but when it came time to replace the meter... Dominion forced me to pay for the box replacement and that required an electrician since the main trunk had to be disconnected and fed through the new box. Very long story and I will not bore you with the details, but I have used Infinite Electric a few times and they were always great. In this case, they went above and beyond what anyone would have expected them to do. They walked with us through this whole debacle with Dominion Virginia. They had their own issues with Dominion Virginia but worked through them and they did a great job getting the box installed. From Alan to Brian and the office... they were all professional and helpful. I would hire them again.

Alain performed our free estimate and the work. In all communications and two visits he was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the work to be done and the work performed. He explained the code changes over the last decade that were put in place for our circumstance - outside GFCI being tripped due to water. I also go tan estimate on outside lighting updates for the future. I would hire Infinite Electric again.

From the scheduling of the initial estimate to the final completion of the work, the overall service of Infinite (and John in particular) was outstanding. John made several suggestions (which we implemented) based on his professional knowledge. Excellent overall value. Highly recommend, without reservation, using Infinite Electric.

I recently moved into a new house and the circuit breaker was extremely dated. I solicited quotes and Infinite Electric gave a competitive, free quote. While here, I was discussing future projects I had in mind several months from now and they gave a quote for that as well, so that I can budget. The work itself was great. It was difficult an outside overhang, but they were able to work the wire around it. It was all completed in a day and at the same cost I was quoted at.

These guys were excellent! They arrived on time and did a fantastic job! The price was also lower than other companies that I asked quotes from! I am glad we made the decision to go with Infinite Electric!

Brian skillful completed the job in about 20 minutes. It was reassuring to know the new LED light fixture was installed correctly and there were no other wiring concerns related to the old light fixture, which tripped the circuit breaker.

Everyone at Infinite was great! John was honest and thorough. He took time to explain what needed to be done. He did excellent work, was quick, and cleaned up when finished. His office manager, Heidi, was fabulous with handling communications. I'm planning some additional work and will definitely hire Infinite Electric again!

I am very happy with their service. Alain did the job done in no time. i mean you could tell he is experienced and he knows what he is doing. i would definitely consider them for my next project.

It went excellent! From the beginning, Alan and I talked as though we were friends from many years gone by. Regarding the work, he and his team listened carefully to my requests, as even offered up ideas that I had not thought of. Electrician was great; installed electrical outlet in crawl space in the most convenient spot possible and gave good advice on electric-related questions I had including on how to ensure that addition of new outlet for dehumidifier in crawl space would not unduly tax my electrical system. Pleasant and on-time. Would happily hire again.
