Brian showed up on time, and called prior to his arrival, as promised. He evaluated the state of the existing vent fan (inoperable), and I was billed the price as quoted on Angie's List. I asked him to also provide an estimate for installing a completely new vent fan in the garage attic. He provided an estimate that was much better than I had expected. As we're having two fans installed, I went ahead and paid today, and he's returning next week to do both jobs on the same day. The approximate cost, $900, is for installation of both fans. Whenever possible, we prefer to use locally-owned/operated businesses, and we're very happy to have found Infinite Electric LLC on Angie's List.

The technician was responsive about his status in getting to me, and was very quick in diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed. Would definitely hire again, and specifically ask for Victor.

Brian arrived on time and completed the connection of the power supply to the front yard pole lamp. Toal professional and would not leave until he knew I was satisfied with the work. Plan to use again in the future.

Nick had to search the entire house to find a short that caused the bathroom light to not work after a bad installation.

The company responded immediately with a phone call to my request through Angie's list's website. The electrician came the next day as promised. Nick was competent, friendly, and methodical, and used shoe covers when indoors. Explained well when asked. The quote was reasonable, so he got to work right away. Everything was fixed! I would definitely use this company again.

Technican, Victor called when he was on the way and is very friendly, polite and professional. He got here, pushed the reset button (which several of us could not get to reset) and it is currently working fine. He explained that I will probably have to have a dedicated line to this outlet from the circuit box and need to check to make sure when we have more rain if this is the problem or there may be something else involved. He did not charge me for this service and is providing a quote for possible work that may need to be done if this happens again.

He worked very politely despite my difficult logistic constraints. He explained everything in great detail making the project very transparent throughout the repairs. He found a number of safety issues that I wasn't aware of ultimately leading me to the conclusion that I made the right choice in using Infinite Electric.

Nick was great, called ahead, quick assessment, quote and fix. Price could have been a little cheaper but not having to sit around all day wondering when somebody would show up , and getting a great fix and full explanation is worth it to me. He even noticed extra bulbs on an end table and installed them .. nice touch will call them again for sure

We have had this company on a couple of projects. We are happy with the final results of both jobs. We had a bit of miscommunication but the issues were resolved as soon as it was possible (next day). They are professional while being personable and very easy to work with. They are able to adapt to new technology very quickly. I was aware of a new product just out on the market and they were able to obtain it and were able to install it without a glitch. Great clean up during and after the project. I highly recommend John and his company.

We were having trouble looking for the right company to install our generator. You called the few companies 3 to be exact. Infinite electric was the fourth one that came to our house. The technician that came over was Victor. From the initial phone call all the way down to the training for the generator overall there performance is outstanding! Heidi the dispatcher was so pleasant over the phone. She gave me options for dates and time. I have a very busy schedule and Heidi was very patient and professional throughout our phone conversation. Victor came out a few days later and explained everything thoroughly with me and my husband. Their price was just a tad higher than the rest of the other contractors we went with infinite Electric because of their great customer service, the way Victor explain everything in detail with us, and overall the whole entire project went smoothly. I would definitely hire them again.

All projects went extremely well - we always request Nick at Infinite Electric for all of our projects, around 10 over the last five years. These included rewiring our garage and basement interior, wiring external spotlights and lamps, electrical troubleshooting and repair. Nick is very professional, detailed, and is work is excellent. Also, he always figures out the best way to meet our objectives when we request him to tackle a new electrical project (oftentimes challenging in an older house).

Their pricing is great for the professional service they provide. They don't cut corners, are punctual, and they are always timely in the execution of the work. We have had them back for multiple renovations over the years, their performance is consistently fantastic, and we couldn't imagine using another electrician!
