"David came out to do a gutter cleaning. Our house is surrounded by huge trees, and the amount of leaf fall we get is heavy. Our gutters are open - no cover system - and we hadn't had gutter cleaning all fall, including after Hurricane Sandy.
After a very personable conversation with David, he went up to the roof and did his work. There was a mess EVERYWHERE from all the leaves that had built up, many of which had decayed and turned into crumbling mud. Unlike other companies that have come out to clean our gutters, David went around and not only cleaned up everything he blew out of the gutters, but also blew the leaves off of our walkways, decks, and long driveways all the way down to the road.
He had the entire job done in less than an hour, and it looked great! We're considering hiring the company for additional lawn services and leaf removal. I couldn't be happier with the service we got.

"The serviceman was very, riendly and professional. He did a very good and thorough job at cleaning and tightening our gutters and supplied phone photos once completed. He also recommended additional work needed to clean chimney cap and repair a vent gasket, again with photos showing the need. We asked to use the $250 credit coupon that was included with the deal for the additional work but he said the additional work was not applicable to the coupon. This seemed like false advertising. We agreed on the additional work and cost around $300 and he then completed the additional work. However when payment was to be made at the end for the additional work he added a new item and charge of $50 onto the bill for something never mentioned before related to the gutter cleaning. We were very disappointed at the company to try to bring up a charge for something never discussed or agreed to beforehand and told the serviceman. Eventually the extra charge was waived after the manager heard of our dissatisfaction. All items should always be discussed beforehand giving the customer a choice of which services they desire or not. We probably would not use them again since there was too much disputes in this service work.

"Topping Lawn Care team arrived on time and proceeded to cut and remove heavy weed and shrub growth from around our chain link fence and shed. They were very professional and offered their services at a fair price. I am planning to use them again to cut and trim some tree branches and limbs on some of our trees."

"Kenny Ferguson is very responsive to customer requests. He communicates well to the customer and to his men. Fernado and Mike were very careful in their work and aimed to please the customer. The lights and painted ceiling looked great. They were very pleasant and yet professional in their attitude and work. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I have another job waiting for Kenny and his team to install an attic fan. I have confidence that they will do good work as they have done in the past.
