Each of the employees we dealt with was courteous, informative, friendly, and professional. They arrived on time and the end result was an AMAZING improvement! Dirt, stains, and pet odors were removed, and although I was told ahead of time that some stain or odor might linger, I have been really impressed by all that was accomplished. For the amount of work that was done (including moving the furniture), I felt the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire again--although I hope we'll be able to keep it this way a long time!"
