"They installed our dishwasher where there used to be a cabinet. Our house did not have a dishwasher before so we had gotten the electrical done before Titan came. They installed the plumbing, the dishwasher, made it all look clean and nice by filling in the gaps beside the dishwasher, and installed our counter top all for a very reasonable price! They were very friendly, great at communicating, and made sure we were satisfied with the job when it was completed. I would highly recommend"

"Levi and Blake built a customized chicken coop to my specifications. They took into account lots of details that make the coop more efficient and easy to use and access. They were also easy to communicate with any time details needed to be clarified. This coop is way better than what you get at Tractor Supply and will last forever. I have already hired them to replace my wooden deck with hard plastic trex material. Will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them."

Concrete blocks are the cheapest way to base a shed. However, the space in between allows critters to go under, burrow, and even damage your shed’s frame. For a more pest-proof option, consider building a shed base with gravel or paver stones. Both options are fairly affordable and easy enough for a DIY project. For gravel, you can build a wooden frame to contain the loose material.

While it’s best to have access to large, healthy, strong trees in a safe position, treehouse living is still possible without them. Contractors can fit tree posts to build the structure onto or use posts as additional support alongside the trees themselves. If you’re in doubt about the suitability of the trees on your land, consult with a local treehouse builder before you start the project.

Pole barns and carports are similar in that they rely on posts for support and are often not connected to a primary structure. The main difference between the two is that pole barns usually include walls that surround the entire perimeter of the structure, while carports generally remain open on three or four sides. It’s possible to insulate garage doors and even exterior walls on pole barns to create a comfortable workspace, and it’s a bit more secure for storage purposes. However, carports are more affordable.

It is almost always more affordable to buy an existing home than to build a new one. Building a home involves numerous costs, including labor, permits, inspections, utility hookups, and brand-new materials, finishes, and appliances. Additionally, new construction loans can have higher interest rates than traditional mortgages, and property taxes on new homes are often higher, increasing long-term costs. An exception is a DIY house build, which can be cheaper than buying an existing home if you do the labor yourself. While building is generally more expensive, a new custom home offers complete control over the layout and design. Deck blocks are easy to install and level, and they raise your shed up off the ground to prevent rotting from exposure to water and moisture. Keep in mind that deck blocks won’t resist soil movement or frost heave, so they’re not ideal in areas with expansive soil or a deep frost line.
