Robert gave clear steps for remediation, and completed the entire job of demo, moisture remediation, adding a foundation vent, working with drainage systems, new flooring, painting ECT in about 4 days. He communicated well and showed up when he said he would and is very kind, willing to listen to your ideas and budgets ECT to advise on the available options."
