Tim landed a job with Equity Residential, where he began managing and leasing multi-family housing units in the city of Fairfax. Upon leasing several million dollar apartment buildings, Tim was sought out to manage a developing community in Loudoun County where he was community manager and developer liaison for the Lansdowne Town Center, County of Loudoun, Beazer Homes, Centex Homes, and Van Metre homes. Continuing this project for four years, Tim developed a powerful niche among residential real estate and soon found that he would be a greater asset to the community by pursing his life-long dream of becoming a top Realtor. Tim joined forces with the worlds leading name in residential home sales, Keller Williams Realty and joined the Fairfax Virginia office, Keller Williams Capital Properties, where he is currently serving on the Agent Leadership Council (board of directors) for his brokerage. Tim along with other Board Members assist the Owners and CEO in making decisions for the firms continued growth in the region.
