Evans attention to detail and deep background knowledge on every aspect of a house from the HVAC system, roofing, structural foundation, etc was very impressive. He also gave specialized advice on periodic maintenance which alone was worth more than the inspection cost and turned around a 130 page inspection report the next day which I have never seen before. Definitely felt like I got way more than I payed for!

Towne & country was contracted to perform a home inspection on a house that I'm in the process of buying. Evan showed up early for the appointmeby, and went right to work.
