Evan performed a home inspection for on 8/27/16. I was actually referred to him by Billy Chorey whom gave an excellent recommendation. I have to say that Mr Chorey did not steer me wrong! Evan is truly amazing. He was so professional, punctual and took his time on the property and explaining things to me. Evan was so accomendating. I recieved a report of the inspection via email which included pictures and findings all in the same day. Evan performed my home inspection, and was truly amazing. I'm a first time home buyer and the home I plan to Purchuse is a foreclosure, so needless to say I've been extremely over whelmed. Evan was very knowledgable and took his time inspecting the property. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind providing rationales and examples. He made this step in the home buying process easy and worry free. I was unable to have all the utilities cut on at the time of the inspection and Evan was very understanding and did what he could with the utilities that were on. He even said to let him know when I get the rest of the utilities on,that he would come back and complete the inspection. If you are looking for quality professional work,Evan is your man!

Evan of Towne and Country provided an extremely thorough home inspection on a house that my wife and I hope to be our first home together. Evan was professional and extremely thorough in our home inspection, and went the extra mile to find things that may have been missed by some. He was very detailed, knowledgeable, and great at explaining his findings and recommendations. The report he gave at the end was detailed and included images for us and the current homeowner to see the areas that needed addressed.

He arrived ahead of time and completed a very thorough inspection. He was very professional and ethical during the process. He did not take, or appeared to want to take, shortcuts when inspecting inside or outside of the house- despite the heat. He took time to explain each finding and demonstrated a wealth of knowledge in the process. We were very pleased.

Evan at Towne & Country was great! He spent the maximum time needed with our new home we were buying. Afterwards instead of sending the report to me he sat down and went over anything bye found to be problematic for us and gave us detailed description of how it could be fixed. I now have a regular and great rapport with him. He is trusting and I will continue to refer all my close friends and family to Towne & Country!

Evan was outstanding. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. He took his time with the home inspection and explained what he was looking for and the reasoning behind it. If I had any questions, he promptly answered and took the time to make sure I understood the answer. All in all, he made what can be a very daunting task and made it very pleasant and educational.
