As promised, Carmine called when he was 45 minutes away from our house so I had plenty of time to leave work and meet him. He and his worker Bill were clean and dressed nicely. They spread a blanket in front of the fireplace and cleaned up when they finished. They noticed a water stain on our living room ceiling and offered to check the flashing on the roof. They found a three inch hole and fixed it immediately, provided us with a 7 year warranty. Colonial was half the price of the other Chimney sweeps on Angie's List and it's hard for me to imagine anyone providing better service.
