The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

Most recently, we hired Sky Home to replace our front door, frame, and storm door, roof soffits,and replace and wrap the fascia board on the exterior of our townhome in Centreville, VA. Ben went the extra mile wherever he could to ensure that the work was top notch, effective for purpose and pleasing to the eye, including even helping our neighbor out a bit, which showed tremendous character.
