They offered a warranty on their work and will keep a record of what was done with the pictures. They inspected for mold in my basement, removed duct cover where mold was found, built a new cover, applied mold preventive to the whole basement, and did an awesome clean-up, including vacuuming the whole basement. I was pleased that the job was done well and finished in a day. One worker returned two days later to sand the drywall, which had needed time to dry completely. I appreciate how they explained everything they were doing."
