Description of Work: Verizon Vios is hard to beat in terms of internet speed and cable options. Their customer service and scheduling is terrible. We moved here from Alaska in July of 2014. We were in a home whose previous owners were Verizon customers although on a lower tier of internet service. It took well over a month for someone to come out and install our products. Two times during that month I was told someone would be here on a certain day/time to install everything. Both times, no one showed. In the interim, out AT&T bill was skyrocketing due to using the phone for a Wi-Fi hotspot. This was a necessity due to the fact my teenage son was in Japan for the summer and that was the only way to stay in touch. They were slightly apologetic over both cancellations. A technician finally arrived on a day and time that was unannounced. Thank goodness we were home at the time. They also have my last name wrong on the bill. It has been nearly a year now and no matter how many times we have called to rectify this, it is still wrong. Come on Verizon, they have the Internet on computers now, surely you can use it to fix my last name on a bill.
