Doctor Detail did a phenomenal job on my Highlander. It has not looked this good since it was brand new. Three technicians arrived at my house on time. We discussed the job. They are a very professional team. Everyone knows what they are doing. They made me think of a NASCAR pit crew. They spent hours on my SUV. They removed more stains than I thought anyone would be able to do. When they completed the job, I inspected it and I was extremely pleased with the result. I will use them again!!!

Everything went very well. They arrived on time, were polite, and did a great job. However, they weren't as effective as I had hoped as there was still some mold and an odor in my trunk.

I contacted Doctor Detail on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment for the next day with a window of 8 am - 12 pm. Doctor Detail comes to your home which is very convenient. I opted for the "Major Surgery" detailing package because our 4-year-old family van was a mess. The kids had previously spilled drinks on the floor carpets and there were many stains I couldn't identify. Sean and his crew called within the window to given us with their ETA. They arrived within the window and began work immediately. They worked nearly 2 hours and completely tranformed my van. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. I especially appreciated their professionalism. Nice guys!

Had Dr. Detail come out and perform the Exterior Operation to my vehicle. They spent about 1.5 hours working on the vehicle. The quality of cleaning was excellent - the car is really clean. The wax job; however, is another story. Once the car had dried and they had left - there were numerous misses on the car where wax had not been evenly applied and there were areas where the wax was not buffed out. I was very disappointed. What started out as a very good experience - turned out to not be a perfect experience. I had to take the car somewhere else to get the car rewaxed with canuba wax.

Requested the appointment online on a Sunday evening and got a call back Monday morning. When they arrived on the scheduled day and time, they got right to work. All of the guys were very polite, professiona,l and worked very hard. When they were done, we had three vehicles that sparkled better than new. We will definitely be repeat customers! Highly recommended!

This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. The scheduling process ran very smoothly with phone calls promptly returned and a prompt suggestion to reschedule when the weather was "iffy" due to showers. Sean and John showed up right on time (calling 30 minutes before) and went to work. They transformed my filthy and dog-hair laden Toyota into a sparkling clean vehicle in about 3 hours. I was thrilled and felt that this was the best money I'd spent in a long time. Also both men were very pleasant, courteous and professional. The main reason I chose this company was because their web site was very clear about any additional charges that might be added if additional work was needed, and I liked that they told you all this up front so there would be no unpleasant surprises regarding price. I ended up taking their suggestion for some additional vacuuming ($25) because of the excssive dog hair. One word of caution. I had to drive the car." immediately affter they finished and found that the whole audio system was "frozen up and I could not even turn it on or off. Happily this resolvved itself by the next day. I think that some liquid got into the lcd display and it just needed it time to dry out. If this should happen, don't panic. I think it was probably a problem with the display area not being totally sealed. In any event, I do not hesitate to to recommend Dr Detail. This is a great company..I feel that this is the best money I have spent in a long time.

They did a great job. It looked better than we imagined it could considering how poorly maintained it had been. They were nice guys and did a great job. We are going to call them to schedule for them to come out and do our other two cars. We got an Angie's List discount. Their price seemed to be about comparable.

I had an appt scheduled for Friday, September 16, 2011 and was given an arrival time of 12:00pm. I called at 12:15pm for a status and was told that the technician was at an office site and may be servicing some last minute add on clients. I was promised that I would receive a phone call regarding arrival time or to reschedule. I am set aback because I am a FIRST TIME client with an APPOINTMENT. Why would an add on or last minute client supersede one that has a standing appointment?! Ultimately, I was very disappointed with the lack of care for the obligation made to me and the possibility of my becoming a potentially long term client.

I just used Doctor Detail for the first time and I am satisfied with the job they did on our two cars. They arrived when they said that they would and charged what they estimated. I have used other detail services in the past and had to wash the car after they finished. Not so with Doctor Detail. The employees were courteous, and serious about the job they performed. They answered my questions and my wife’s questions, and explained what they were doing. I pointed out a few areas that I thought needed additional attention and they quickly took care of the issues. I plan to use their services again in the near future and feel confident recommending them.

Personnel were unflaggingly polite and competent whether online, by phone, or in person. Thank you to Shawn and Carlos. The online appointment works seamlessly ... don't worry about not being a "contract" location. They had the courtesy to call ahead when slightly late (about 30 minutes).

I've used Doctor Detail before and Pablo, the owner, has always done a first rate job. Pablo usually comes to my office in Haymarket and does my Explorer. I get this done about every three months. I have a dog and the back seat gets pretty dirty. This time I had Pablo come out to my place near Woodstock VA to do two cars and two full sized trucks. Pablo told me that he has a new guy coming out. I was a little aprehensive as Pablo has always done such a good job. Shawn showed up on time and got right to work. I immediatly noted that Shawn is just as polite and professional as Pablo and at the end of the day I saw that the job was done to perfection. One of my pickup trucks is a pretty rough piece. I use it to go to the land fill, the hardware store and the nursury. It gets used hard and dirty. Shawn and his crew got this old beater looking great. My other vehicles look brand new. I would recommend Doctor Detail to anyone, anytime. Great jobShawn!

Everything turned out well. The crew worked very hard and they were professional as well. They were on time and good with communicating. I would use this company again. I really love the fact that they came to my home. It was so convenient.

They did a great job. The car has been maintained throughout its life and is in great shape. So, the services were, in a way, to restore the car to its original, showroom condition. In this, Dr Detail suceeded. Their attention to detail and the hard work really paid off. While they are a little pricey they are well worth it.

The work was simple and competent. It took only 20-30 minutes. The engine looked good afterward. The car was in position, ready for the work, when Pablo arrived. And the engine was relatively clean and grease-free to begin with. The detailing took off oil film and dirt, and then protected hoses and other surfaces with dressing. Two people, Pablo and a helper arrived on time. They were pleasant and they worked efficiently. Pablo returned all my calls promptly as we made arrangements for the work, and he was always clear about his need to fit my job to his schedule. There was some delay as we waited for his schedule to firm up. He charges $24 for engine detailing. I paid an additional $36 for Pablo to travel to my house. Originally, I agreed to this when I thought that Pablo would have to make a special trip to my area for my job. However, I learned when he arrived that he makes regular trips to a nearby office park, and I believe that he came to my house on one of those days. Probably, I should have re-negotiated the additional travel charge. I recommend that all supplementary travel charges be clearly understood and agreed when using this service.

The weekend of my appointment, it was overcast, but no rain was predicted. Pablo and his team arrived on time, and got to work right away. Because the car detailing service came to my home, I could do other things (like laundry), while my car was being detailed. The crew did a wonderful job! My car interior looked and smelled like new - even the small vents and dashboard nooks and crannies were gleaming and dust free. The floor mats and upholstry were shampooed and looked great. Everthing appeared pristine and I was pleased. However, when the sun came out a few days later, I could see that inside the front and back windows were full of streaks and portions of the windows looked as if they had not been cleaned. Because Doctor Detail was again scheduled to be at my condo the following weekend, I waited to discuss the issue with Pablo in person. When I discussed the issue with Pablo the next weekend, he immediately apologized and re-did ALL of my car windows (inside and outside) and had me inspect them to be sure I was satisfied. I was pleased with Doctor Detail's initial work, and impressed that they immediately resolved my complaint; doing more than was required to solve the problem by re-cleaning all the car windows. I highly recommend Pablo and all of his team - they are good at their jobs and are friendly and personable. I am very satisifed with Doctor Detail's service and am now a regular customer. In fact, the condo manager received so many positive comments about Doctor Detail, that they plan to schedule a regular monthly on site "detailing event."

Went very well and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Pablo was very responsive to e-mails and phone calls and responding to questions. Very flexible in setting up an appointment time that worked for us. Did the work at my wife's place of work (her car) during the workday but was willing to do it at our home as well. Pablo quickly responded to my initial phone call and was able to schedule an appointment within a day. He was running slightly late for the estimated appointment time, but called well in advance to let me know. It was no problem. He and a helper detailed the car in my driveway in about 2 hours time. The results were excellent and I was completely satisfied. The once coffee-stained carpets were spotless, the leather seats clean, the wheels shiny, and the body sparkled-the interior even had a refreshing scent. I will use this service again. Doctor Detail performs a thorough cleaning, Pablo is a pleasure to deal with, and I especially like the convenience of having the detailing done at my home.

From start to finish of this transaction, Pablo was Superb. He immediately returned my phone calls and arrainged a date to detail my SUV. The price was fair, the quality excellent and great value. He will be detailing my Ford Focus Next.
