Excellent work. One car had average need of in-depth cleaning but the other was "a challenge"! It entailed a lot of elbow grease by the tech. Both looked close to new after the work was done. Very convenient to have the work done in our garage/driveway. A bit of an indulgence, but worth it. We drive cars for a long time. (Cost reported is for 2 cars.)

Marco coordinated the visit via email, and he was here when he said he'd be here. He called when he was on the way so I'd know when to expect him, and he got to work on cleaning out our 10-year old Elantra. The interior had never been cleaned before, and it had endured all sorts of abuse (food, dirt, shoes, and who knows what else). We didn't expect that he'd be able to get all of the worst stains out of the cloth seats (he couldn't), but it's cleaner than it's been since shortly after we got the car. Marco was punctual, friendly, and he did great work. I'd definitely hire Doctor Detail again.

Excellent job! Tech arrived on time and detailed the car in the driveway. Took almost three hours. Cloth upholstery looks like new.

Very well. Years ago, when I had this done to this car and another, they performed miracles. While I wouldn't call the improvement this time miraculous, I did get my money's worth and I will hire them again.

I was able to coordinate everything via email and Pablo let me know he was coming and showed up on time. Job took about 2 hours and came out great. Looking forward to using them again.

Excellent service! I purchased the "major surgery" detail package, plus engine detailing, paint sealant, and dressing the rubber seals on the doors. The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He spent approximately 3 1/2 hours on the car. The engine, exterior and interior look great. The car is 10 years old and now it literally looks like new again.

I emailed late yesterday afternoon, got a call within a couple of hours, Marcos came this morning and did an excellent job. It was very reasonable. The cost reflects polishing the headlights, but he didn't do the mats per my instructions. I will have them hand wax my car before winter.

We had to provide the address 3 or more times. They couldn't seem to get the address right even to the day they showed up to do the car. But they did arrive in timely fashion as they said they would. Upon arrival Dr. Detail wanted to charge EXTRA because of my daughters SERVICE DOG. They said we should have told them we had "pets" .We do not have pets. No one asked us and there is NO MENTION of "pets" in the coupon we purchased or in the preliminary email that was sent. Besides - my daughter's SERVICE DOG is NOT a pet. He is durable medical equipment and businesses are not allowed to charge extra. Hotels - rental car companies - all cannot "legally" charge extra for a service dog.I offered to show the paper work to validate her dog's training and service dog status . He didn't listen. Our Jeep GC is pristine outside - no bugs, no tar etc. No one commutes in it and it is garage keep. We were told by the "owner" that pet hair is extra because of the time to clean it. Again I tried to explain he is a SERVICE DOG and not a pet and the time element would have been the same because the car didn't even need detailing on the outside it was already so clean. I also went in the house and printed the ADA.gov Business Brief so I could give it to the person who came to detail the car to give to the owner. He would not take it. I wrote to the owner through Angie's list and attached the Business Brief. The information we tried to provide was ignored.

They did a great job. The gentleman came out to my house and detailed the interior of my car which really needed it. I have a dog and they were able to get all the hair up and any/all smells out. It looked brand new when it was complete. I was surprised how well it went. Definitely recommend them and will be using again. thank you

Scheduled the day before, technician arrived at my house about 20-30 minutes early, was friendly, professional, provided quality service. Took about 3 hours. Very happy with the result. Car still smells like shampoo 6 weeks later.

Phenomenal job! I have owned many cars over the years and have had many details. Including many in Los Angeles, CA, the car detail mecca. This was the best job I have ever seen. The car is only 2 years old, but with a couple of kids and no cleaning over a year, it was a disaster. Crumbs everywhere. The detail got rid of all that. Amazing job getting crumbs and dirt out of every small crack and crevice. I am going to use them again in 3 months so it doesn't get that bad ever again. THANK YOU!

It appeared that they failed to clean the doors of my convertible and left streaks in the leather

The technician did an excellent job. Arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The paint was power buffed and waxed, interior was thoroughly cleaned and treated, carpet and floor mats shampooed. All the little nooks and crannies, such as around the air conditioning vents and around the console shifter were cleaned and treated. Leather seats were also cleaned and treated. Trunk mat was vacuumed and shampooed. All in all, a much better job than the detail services provided by the dealer where I bought the car. I will definitely use Dr. Detail's services again.

They did an excellent job and spent a large amount of time making sure everything looked great.

Emailed a question and never got any response. Update: Two weeks after the original email I did get a response explaining an email problem and with the information I asked for. Given the overwhelming positive feedback given by others here, who actually did use the service, I am changing review.

Excellent service - removed all stains, very thorough, very accommodating.

Average service, Even wiping the interior glass and rubber beading is not included in the service.

The service provider was on time, professional, friendly and provided the service I paid for.

The company is extremely professional. I needed a last minute detail done before I sold my car. The company worked with me to send someone out the same day. When the detailer Marco showed up, he was extremely professional. He worked for 3 long hours cleaning cheerios and milk stains out of my black leather upholstery on my Lexus RX 350. I had never seen my car look so good since before I had kids! I am so impressed with this company and plan to use them again in the future when my kids destroy my new car. :-)
