I'm a car guy, so those scratches taunted me every weekend at wash time.😁 Looked here for someone to do a paint correction. Found Reflections here, with very high ratings. Those ratings are well deserved. He was able to remove almost all the scratches, aside from a few on the hood that were through the clear coat. Nothing but a repaint will fix those. He was timely and very professional. Kenny is one of those people who loves what they do and it shows in the quality of the job he delivers. The service included cleaning the seats, shampooing the carpets, cleaning the windows, treating the leather, shampooing the floor mats, clay barring the exterior, buffing out some small scratches in the paint and sealing the exterior. Our daughter & son-in-law were buying from her so we wanted it in good condition. I'm tough to please and happily will tell you Ken did a great job on both + he came to the house and worked in the driveway which made it very convenient. He has all the equipment with him on his truck/trailer....down to steam cleaning the carpets and upholstery. He worked solid for 4-5 hours on each car and pays great attention to detail. While it is a bit of a splurge vs just washing, waxing, vacumning and wiping the interior down.....he gets into the small places and cleans EVERYTHING thoroughly. Both cars came out looking great. There were numerous upholstery stains he got out that I would not want to have tackled. He can't promise to get everything but he comes very close. If you are selling a used car, this is a great way to help assure top dollar. We would not hesitate to recommend Ken and his service! He is very courteous and professional...no surprise he is rated highly

I felt the prices were fair for us both. I asked that the workmanship be tweaked on one ring for my finicky eye and on another to be more day-to-day practical and they did both without any fuss. The turn around time was very quick. They have a nice selection in store and will also do custom orders. I did not work with anyone else but did get a 'car salesman' feeling from another who works there on one occasion in passing. I trust that they stand behind their work. I will continue to use Heileman for my cleanings and inspections and hopefully for additional purchases in the future

"From the moment I called until the job was completed, the process was seamless, prompt, and courteous with professional results. Jessica promptly responded to my e-mail message with a phone call and quickly scheduled someone to come out and give me an estimate. I was satisfied with the thoroughness of the person (sorry I do not remember his name) and with the reviews here on Angie's List that I did not look for another estimate. I called and Jessica was able to get my job scheduled that week. John is the person that came out to repair both of my tile/grout areas. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable about tile, grout, flooring and answered my questions about maintenance. As you can see from the pictures, his work is professional. My shower looks like a brand new shower. There is no more water on the floor. I will definitely call them to have my tile floors steam cleaned and sealed. The only thing John had to come back the next week was to re-grout the tile in the laundry room. The color he had with him the day of the job did not match existing tile, and being a perfectionist he didn't want to use it because it would stand out as not matching. The fact that it didn't match was not the Grout Medic's fault. My lighting was out in the laundry room that week and both the person who came out to give me the estimate and John were working in dim lighting conditions. John took a piece of the loose grout with him to get a perfect match. Both the shower and the steps are in excellent condition.

This was my 3rd or 4th visit to this salon. The atmosphere is almost always like a high school cafeteria. The technicians are usually chatty and sometimes borderline nosy.
On this visit, the technicians are extremely unprofessional. They were talking about the clients in a derogatory manner because they think that nobody can understand them. Unfortunately, I did. When it was obvious that they were caught being rude, there was no apology.

"Jason removed the damaged dry wall and baseboard, installed new dry wall and baseboard, and finished the project with matching paint and texture. The project took him about 4 hours. The really nice part was he cleaned up after himself so there were no residual dust and dirt from the job.
