The man who showed up to detail our car called me first to tell me what time he was going to arrive. When he arrived, he was very nice and personable. He did the job he came to do and did a great job with detailing our much needed mini-van. i would recommend them and would use them again to detail a car.

My van was SUPER dirty inside. They did a good job, considering how bad it was. My only complaint is that they missed the center console, and I didn't catch it in time to remind them. But otherwise it was done thoroughly and well.

I have been using Doctor Detail for a few years now. Marco came out and did a great job with an exterior detail. Always on time and does a great job.

Doctor Detail did a phenomenal job of cleaning the interior, and rehabilitating the exterior slightly beyond what I though was possible for a couple of 12 year old vehicles. All interactions went smoothly: 1) After my initial message was sent via Angie's List, I received a callback the same day. 2) Appointment scheduling was also efficient; just had to work out mutual availability of Doctor Detail and the vehicles 3) The technician arrived within the specified time window, and based on a prior discussion of where to find the key, began work within needing anything from me. 4) Each vehicle received 4-5 hours of service time 5) A quick call to the company POC with a credit card number was all it took to handle billing They were the first company I contacted, based on the reviews here, and I'm glad I did. I would highly recommend them

Everything went very smooth, Marco was very nice and professional. A pleasure to deal with. I have already scheduled to use them again on another car.

The detailer did good work. He was able to successfully remove stains from each of the front seats that had been there quite some time (chocolate was the likely culprit). He arrived on time and was professional. I had paid in advance using a coupon deal from Angie's List. The price was good and having the work done at our home was super convenient. We will call on them again.

He got almost everything. The only parts he missed were a few cracks where doors or hatches open up. I wiped these clean after he left. One mystery... After he left, the electricity in a couple outlets does not work and my Verizon FIOS does not work. It's as if the fuse was blown, but there doesn't appear to be anything wrong in the fuse box. I don't know if this was due to him or to something else. Now I have to find an electrician and then have the FIOS people come.

Originally, they were scheduled for a Thursday morning. I was told the guys would show up between 7-9. At almost 9 am, I got a phone call saying it was starting to rain. I said okay. He asked if I had a garage and I said I did and after a long pause he told me we would need to reschedule anyway. Super inconvenient, seeing that I already had to rearrange my schedule to fit this appointment, but okay. The rescheduled morning, they arrived within the set time. He apologized for the rain reschedule and told me he had to cancel other jobs that day too, so he's been busy. Then he told me he couldn't work in our parking lot as it was a bit small, so we drove to the shopping center parking lot. He asked me a little about the car, how much it cost (why??) and then told me it would be done in 3-4 hours. He also asked me to leave my key fob, just in case it locked so he could wipe out the gas/electric areas. In about two and a half hours he called to tell me he was done. I was a bit surprised that he finished that early, but figured maybe since it was a smaller car it went faster. He had me sign paperwork and told me that since I paid by credit card online, I would need to cash tip. A was a little taken aback, but I handed him cash anyway. He told me that he put a paper shield down on the driver's side because the floors were still wet and that the mats were all in the trunk. He hurriedly got in his truck and left and I got in my car. Immediately I noticed he forgot to do the driver's door on the inside and the driver's visor. I started the car and noticed all my settings were changed, which is not possible to do unless the car is on as the settings are digital. He never said he needed to turn the car on. After reprogramming my settings, I went to get gas and noticed he did not wipe out the gas or electric areas of the car. While the gas was pumping, I checked the floors- they were all dry, not wet. There was also dirt under the shield on the driver's side, it did not look like it had been shampooed. The floor mats had definitely not been shampooed, they looked like they had been shaken out and dumped in the trunk- which had also not been vacuumed. At this point I was getting upset and decided to completely check out the car. The front middle console hadn't really been cleaned. He got the top, but not the front of it. The console between the back bucket seats in the back had been wiped, but not the inside of the cup holders. The small windows in the back were not clean. There was no high gloss on the car, as advertised there would be, and there was still dust in the vents, so I'm guessing he didn't wipe those out either. The steering wheel was sticky. It was like he rushed through it because he was late for a different job. I think the thing that bothered me the most though, was that there was about 7 bucks in change in the car and it was all missing. He put trash that was in the car into the glove box, but not the change. I looked in the console, in all the cup holders and removed everything from the glove box just to be sure. Sure enough, trash, but no change. Needless to say, I was not impressed with this company and will not be using them again.

I have a 10 year old Acura TL that had never been detailed. It was not in the worst of shape, but it did have salt, food, and dirt in the nooks and crannies that I've never been able to reach. It was also way overdue for a wax job. The service person showed up on time. We went through a check list of services that I'd request over the phone to ensure that what was ordered would be provided, which took about 10 minutes. I ordered the "major surgery" which consisted of him cleaning, shampooing and waxing nearly every inch of the car. About 3 1/2 to 4 hours later I was called out to check the car (which I did pretty thoroughly) and it turned out really nicely. I don't know how he was able to clean in between the nooks and crannies so thoroughly but he did it. And the wax job was done superbly. I have already recommended this service to friends and co-workers. Oh, did I mention that this was all done in front of my house which allowed me to complete a bunch of important task that need to be done.

My 2006 civic looks brand new. I am so happy with the result.

It was an excellent experience, good customer service, and the price was reasonable.

Cleaning service was top notch and provided information on other services to remove dings.

I called Doctor Detail so that they could come to my home to detail and seal the paint on my new car. They responded quickly to my emails and were able to schedule me quickly. When the detailer arrived he looked closely at the car and pointed out several paint swirls that I hadn't noticed when I picked up the "new" car at night. He recommended against getting the car detailed because I needed to show the dealer the damage. He did this even though it meant he wouldn't make any money. Thanks to Doctor Detail's integrity and expertise in identifying the problem I was able to take appropriate action and returned the car to the dealer. I will definitely call them again for detailing services.

I called Dotor Detail on October 1st requesting that my car be detailed. I spoke with Pablo who said he was the owner. I was given an appointment for 2 Oct. Pablo called back a few minutes later and said he could send someone today. I agreed. About half an hour later Marco and Oliser showed up. We talked about using a buffing machine to polish out the wax. That upgraded the job to an "Exterior Operation" package. I agreed thinking a machine buffer would do a better job. I asked if they needed access to water and Marco said no they don't use much water any more to wash cars. They used small spray containers, sometimes simultaneously with an air hose, that I assume contained soap and/or water. They just wanted to plug in for electric. I told them it was my first experience with that company so I watched the entire operation from my porch and front window very closely. It should be taken into consideration that the car is a l993 cadillac with only about 97 thousad miles on it. Although the paint has now oxodized some, it has been babied and well maintained. The bac story, yesterday a neighborhood young man stopped by wanting to "detail" my car. I was not convinced what he considered detailing a car entailed. He did say he would wash and wax it. I told him he could do a small spot on the upper left front fender near the side light to see if the car could be waxed and buffed out to restore the shine. He returned with a can of Turtle wax and a bath towel and worked a spot about 12 inches in diameter and it came out looking great with a high gloss shine. At that point I was convinced the paint could be brought back. However, I did not trust working with an unknown neighborhood youth "walk-up" not really knowing what he would use on the car or if he knew what he was doing. I thought a professional would do a better job or at least be accountable. They spent about an hour cleaning the interior of my car and tires and did an excellent job. Since these services were not mentioned in the "Exterior Operation" package I was not expecting all that. I had only requested the interior to be vacuumed. They then began applying some kind of liquid from another spray container that I assumed was wax. It did not look like there was a "film" or anything on the car to buff out. Then they started with their "machine polish". I was expecting to see a large puffy buffing pad but instead saw something that looked like a standard offset hand drill with a hard cloth pad. Just one style of buffer I guess. There really was no "polish to a high gloss" to it. When I walked out for a closer look, I was horrified to see the hood. The polisher was applied haphazardly and left large prominant sworl marks mostly all over the hood and left side. I told them to stop and not make it any worse. What really set me off was that Marco insisted that it was the fault of the paint. I told him repeatedly that the car had been completedly painted four years ago and I have the documentation. I am also glad I took several pictures today for documentation. I have hand washed the car myself and it looked better than when these "professionals" did the work. Previous runs through the brushless car wash with wax applied left a little more shine than what they did. No matter how many times I showed Marco the "spot" that had been done by hand with the Turtle wax, he insisted it was the fault of the paint and nothing could be done. I will not accept that. If it will buff out in one place, it will do the same a few inches further out from the spot. It further irritated me that Marco asked several times why I didn't have the neighborhood youth do the job. I asked them to stop several times and just leave so they did without being paid. I told them I would call the owner and wanted him to come and see what they had done. After they left, I immediately called the owner Pablo and asked several times if he would come to look at the car and he was not interested in doing that. I got what appeared to be stock responses and he repeatedly said the paint was oxodized and there was nothing that could be done. I still don't accept that. I told him it looked better before the work was done. He simply said he did not see the car before the work was done. I told him he did not need to, the condition is readily apparent now. I initially offered to pay for the interior cleaning but he said if I was not satisied with the job I didn't owe anything. I said we would call it even then. I'm guessing the great reviews I read for them on Angie's List apply to newer cars, easy to clean and "polish".

What a great service! Instead of our taking our car to a car wash or detailing shop, Dr. Detail's two-man crew came to us. We asked them to start with the interior of the car--a 2012 white Hyundai Elantra. They hooked up their hose at the outside of our townhouse and with the equipment from their van, steam-cleaned the stained beige upholstery. With a careful and conscientious effort, they s succeeded in getting rid of stains that a car-wash detailer had been unable to remove! We were impressed! Then they went on to detail the rest of the car. When they finished 2 hours later, the car looked like new! (It still does.) We were delighted with the service and convenience! The impetus for detailing our two2-year-old car (purchased in 2011) was the stained seats. The $230 was a splurge and we appreciated the 10% Angie's list discount. We were pleased with the service and with the professionalism of Pablo, the owner, with whom we made the appointment, and of the guys who did the detailing.

These guys were EXCELLENT. They called 45 minutes before my scheduled 10-1 time window and showed up at 10 on the dot. Marco and his partner were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They spent about an hour and twenty minutes on my car, both exterior (washing, waxing, tar removal, wheels/tires, door jambs and trim, etc.) and interior. The interior leather, floor mats, dashboard and storage areas were pretty grungy when they started, but looked almost new when they were done. My 2004 Solara hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the lot when it was brand new. I will definitely use Dr. Detail again.

I normally use them and they are on Angie's List. I used them about a month ago and I have them scheduled again on Friday. I schedule them, they come to my work and they detail my car for me right there in the parking lot. They have different packages; one kind of standard package does a really good job. They do really good work, have friendly customer service and the price is really good. Overall, I recommend them.

Promptly showed up and inspected the car for what it needed. Cleaned the interior, washed the outside, and treated all interior leather.

Truck was spotless and like new.

We have been using Pablo and Dr. Detail for over 6 years and their service is always excellent.

This is the third time that I have used Doctor Detail and it will be my last. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. Pablo answered the phone and was able to meet the time that I wanted to get the work done. On the day of the appointment I parked the SUV on the street because the compounds they use leave outlines on my driveway that last for a couple of weeks. This was not good enough for the guy who showed up who wanted all of my vehicles out on the street and the SUV on the driveway. Shortly after beginning they then said they needed ice water to drink. Generally speaking I am a nice guy but when I am paying for you to do work on my car, I expect you to do the work, not bothering me every 30 minutes asking for something. I briefly inspected the vehicle before they left and it looked okay. They left the SUV open and the mats laying in the grass when they finished. As I put everything back together after it was dried I noticed dirt on the interior of the car looking like a foot print as well as the mats were still dirty. Also, the car wouldn't start and I had to jump it to get it running again. For the money that Doctor Detail asks for, I expect a lot more professional service as well as when I inspect the vehicle I shouldn't have to point out stuff they missed. If they were $100 cheaper I would probably use them again but not for the price they are asking. I do have picture but it isn't letting me upload them.

I took advantage of the 1st time Angie's List member discount. Pablo quickly contacted me and we agreed to time and date. He also called after to make sure all went well. I feel like I got what I paid for. I had better results from other detailers, but those cost me more. The 2-man crew showed up an hour late, but fortunately that didn't matter to me that day.

The men showed up at 7:30 am and worked until 10:30 detailing our 2 cars. The cars look great.

Everything was excellent. They were very polite and did a great job.
