They only missed a couple of small spots, which I consider much more than satisfactory. Their ad on Angie's List says they'll work till they're done. This is not actually what they expect to do. For the $199, they plan to work for 2-2-1/2 hours, So my only quibble would be that their ad should be more specific about how much time they will spend."
