"Everything went really well. Rob was punctual and got everything done quickly. The price was competitive. He and the contractors he brought in did an awesome job. In the master shower, they replaced and fixed some of the old pipes and fixtures, installed a new shower pan and all the tile and fixtures. He was even able to work in a curve ball we threw in and installed the niche in the shower. For the outdoor stair drain, he and his crew were able to remove the old, ineffective drain and setup a much better drain with higher capacity and that is better at absorbing the water and rain. Rob also did some research on the best options for drainage in the stair well and helped us avoid costly options that would not work long-term. We're very happy with the result. For the window well installation, he got the job done despite our indecision and patiently worked with us while we changed our minds. Now we have an installed window well attached to the wall in a very narrow space with the drainage gravel all setup and ready to go. All through the process, Rob was awesome at communicating with us, keeping us updated, and figuring out solutions with us, giving us invaluable info based on extensive experience to help us make the best possible choices."

"We decided to hire Accent painting because they had great reviews, that was a mistake. I scheduled with Josh to start on December 9 2024, he said they would take down light fixtures, towel bars and door hinges and fix any holes smaller then a quarter. I emailed Josh on December 5th to find out what time we needed to meet the painters on 12/9/2024, no response. I called Josh 12/6/2024 and left a message, no response. Sunday 12/8/2024 i decided to text Josh, he responded 3 hours later he said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could start. I told him that the painting had to be done by 12/16/24 that we have carpet being installed. Josh said they would reach out to me tomorrow (12/9/24). They called and said they would start on Tuesday. The painters arrived on Tuesday to start. They finished on Saturday, they said to put blue tape on what needed to be fixed. There was not enough blue tape to fix the issues! They did not patch any holes and did not do any of the things I was told would be done. They said they had covered the lights before they filled holes and did not see them. We scheduled for them to come back on 12/23/24 to fix holes and do touch ups. On Monday the 23rd they came to fix the issues, they did not cover our brand new carpet or flooring. I was asking why the flooring was not covered, they did not speak English. I had paint on the carpet and flooring, at this point I am so p*****. They did not know the difference between semigloss and high gloss paint. They then rolled the area's that had to be fixed. In the end this is not a professional paint job. I will not recommend them."

They will be great to deal with for the first 30 days. After that, you are locked into the contract and all customer service and promises go out the window. Plan on it taking twice as long to get your ordered product. I made my order in April, 2024 and it was promised (in contract) that we would have our product delivered and installed in 90 days. It is now November and we are still waiting for our order to be completed. All of my calls and complaints have been ignored or pushed on the next person to deal with. I have even made calls to the office in Seattle. The only contact I am getting is text messages. Very unprofessional and dirty tactics to get your money and not deliver on product. Look elsewhere for your window needs!!"
