Grand County has 97% Public land and is well known for the Slickrock Bike Trail and the Easter Jeep Safari that makes for a very busy spring time for visitors and marks a very busy selling season. We typically have mild winters and about 9 months of good weather. Our neighbors in Colorado love the added slice of sunshine in early spring and late fall Moab has about 8 to 10,000 full time residents and an ever growing number of second home buyers who rent their places out nightly or monthly when they are not here enjoying it. As a Realtor and Property Manager, I also offer Property Management Services to my customers specializing in long term rentals. Paleontologists from all over the world have been coming here for years to explore this unique area that is part of what is called the Dinosaur Diamond and known for hundreds of sites and discoveries of new tracks and fossils.
