The worst! They are dishonest! We bought a stainless steel dishwasher and they sent us a black one, they never installed it! When we hired another person to perform the install and opened the box we called and they said they did not have a stainless one and were sold out. They did not let us return it. We called our Bank to dispute the charges but we bought it on a debt card.

These guys suck. Stay clear. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

Update Aug 4th. We have had the dishwasher one month and it broke we called them and they said since they did not install it that is was not covered. They told us to try the manufacture. They are out of the county! It is clear they run a scam, sell bad products then dont stand behind them.

I told the salesman that delivery of the appliances involved a tough stairway and believe I paid extra (to cover an extra person?). He said they'd call the next AM concerning delivery time. No call. I called there at 11:15 and was told it would be between 12 & 2. At 2:30 the delivery guy called and said an hour. He showed up at 4:00 by himself. I tried to help, but there are now several gouges in the wall. Since he didn't have the dryer cord that fit the outlet, I ended up making a run to get one. He said he'd throw in the water hoses, but charged $10 for the dryer vent hose. When he was finished, I asked why it wasn't connected to the vent in the wall and was told the space was too narrow. After he left, I noticed the lint trap was missing. I called and the store said I could come pick it up. My son did manage to get the hose connected 2 weeks later. The terms of sale said not liable for any property damage. I was too exhausted from moving & unpacking to make a fuss.
