They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. "Considering the time of year, these guys were very prompt. The first gentleman arrived on time and ran a snake to try to see if he could find out what was happening. He wasn't able to find anything, so he said he'd send his partner in with a camera. When his partner arrived later that day, he sent the camera down and found a clog almost immediately.
