Online website and all countless times. Not one response. Wish they would at least respond to a customer to honor their warranty but no chance here it looks like. So many better groups out there. We are glad to share them. Poor quality and poor customer service. Do the right thing."

Removing the existing concrete and rebuilding will be your best solution in that case.
