"AMS was contracted to move my uncles furniture out of my home. During the process of backing their truck into the driveway, they ran into the grass and cracked the waterline. They were sliding objects on wood floors which damaged my floors and the amount of $3500 to have them refinished according to the company who installed the floors. I found the claim submitted the photos and the associated paperwork that AMS required of me and they offered me the sum of $200 for the floors. I have tried multiple times reaching out to AMS via email and phone calls. I like to be told I need to speak with a specialist by the name of AB AB has yet to return a single phone call or respond to any emails. I?ve left reviews on Google and yelp and I always get the same response from my Miss Marie telling me to call this number that that?s not how they do business well Miss Maria before you leave a review on this I?ll tell you right now. I keep calling their number you provide only to reach a voice mailbox "

"We are very pleased with the work Dennis and Adam with Dominion Decks did for us. We hired Dennis to repair a large deck and he was the first contractor that did not upsell and gave us a bid for exactly what we wanted and needed. Dennis and Adam were ontime, friendly and efficient. They completed the repairs in the timeframe provided and removed all old wood and trash before leaving. In addition, he saw our fence gate needed repairs and replaced it with a new gate. He wouldn’t accept payment for replacing the gate because it wasn’t on the original contract. "Up to and including contract negotiation and signing things went really well. Travis, an owner of the company, was polite and punctual. After the contract was signed, things went terrible. Several days before the job was scheduled to start, Travis called me and asked if he could deliver and store all the fencing materials onto my driveway. I refused because I did not want to be responsible if any of the material was damaged or stolen and in addition, did not want my garage blocked. Travis became agitated and indignant because I would not agree to his request. The wooden rails delivered to the job site were pine and not the upgraded cedar as required by the contract. I notified Travis of the discrepancy and at first he didn't believe me. He again sounded agitated but I explained to him the rails had tags attached to them which clearly identified them as pine. He finally agreed to have them exchanged. When Travis came to collect payment for the installation, I showed him some problems with the fence installation. Both gates were very poorly made and misaligned. Travis claimed the gates were fine and would not ever become a problem but within just a few weeks one the gates had tilted out at the bottom and in at the top in addition to being out of plumb. Travis met me at the property and even though it was obvious the fence post had become twisted, he would only agree to try to make the gate latch line up so it would close. Our contract called for a one year warranty of materials and labor and when I brought this up to Travis he still refused to replace the defective materials. Within the first few months, the gate became difficult to close so Travis came by and preformed a quick and dirty repair which only lasted for about a year or two. The gate has now become impossible to close and I will have to pay to have it repaired or replaced. This is just one of several problems that were immediately apparent upon completion of the job but for sake of brevity, I chose to just give this one example. Travis did not honor the warranty and was very disagreeable to work with after the contract was signed. I would never do business with him again."
