We are thinking about getting satellite though because our internet doesn't go really fast. We really like the guy that comes out. He was very knowledgeable and he worked really hard. He said he would come back, if we had any problems. He was very friendly also.

We have been using them for at least ten years. Their service is spotty. We have issues every time we camp and we have to call a technician, which is very annoying. I don't like that inconvenience. They are very responsive.

"Derek was a courteous, polite young man who took pride in his work. He stopped by to look at the window unit, diagnosed the problem and suggested it be replaced due to the unit not turning on and tripping the breaker box. A new A/C unit was ordered that day and Derek returned the next day of delivery to install. Very professional in workmanship and insisted on cleaning up the work area after installation.
