"Was referred to Dave by Hite Baldwin custom home builder who has used O’Brien homes multiple times. Upon meeting Dave we knew from the start that he would be the designer of our home. Dave detailed his work history and experience and shared a few projects that he was and had been involved with. The impression we received from Dave was just an honest and professional designer who would strive to exceed our expectations! Upon moving forward Dave said he would provide a concept drawing in 2-4 weeks and we received in a week! Dave was always polite and guided us in every step of the way and can not be anymore satisfied. Anyone looking and undecided whom to hire then give Dave a call and you will not find a more trustworthy, honest and just a great individual to work with."

"Working with SWA Interiors was one of the best decisions we made for our home. They took our outdated kitchen and turned it into a space we absolutely love. They listened to what we wanted, brought ideas we never would have thought of, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The end result is beautiful, functional, and truly feels like us. Their team is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about their clients. We couldn’t be happier!"

"Great experience and great outcome! Would recommend to anyone interested in a bathroom remodel."

"We started with a kitchen remodel, then added popcorn removal for the whole house, then added flooring and lighting for the family room, and finally primer and paint for the ground floor. Whew, what a project! Ari was on top of everything from the start and Fernando was there when we needed him. Both were great to work with. Thank you guys for a great job!"

"I had met with a few contractors for the job but chose Hodges Construction after meeting with the owner Roy Hodges. He and his employees were prompt, extremely thorough, and reliable. It was a rather large job as a new home build in which I had many questions throughout the process but Mr. Hodges always took the time to walk me through the process and help me put my mind at ease. His employees were courteous when my husband and I would show up to see the updated progress and also very helpful. It really was refreshing to have a contractor that you can trust and sees a job completed from start to finish in a timely manner all while showing patience for us as it was our first custom built home."

"Building a house can be a frustrating process. If we could go back and do it all over, there would be changes. Except for working with Seth. He worked with us as we described our vision for our new home, and he skillfully crafted out each detail with precision and a smile. That’s the big part, when you work with Seth, you feel like you have an Architect in the family. If you are looking for someone to bring your dreams to life, you have come to the right place."

"Our installers Emmitt & Jeremy were both friendly, helpful, courteous and very good at their jobs. We were very happy with the outcome of the 2 baths/shower remodels."
