They were hired to purchase, paint, and install handrails, but the handrails are two different sizes and they did not sand the ends, leaving a very rough edge. They quit answering our phone calls, so we have given up on getting them fixed. There was a small problem with the pricing. I had them quote two jobs, but only hired them for one. They were reluctant to lower the price for just doing one job. I should have just not hired them at that point. On the bright side, they were very friendly - that was the main reason we hired them.

What I liked was they gave me a good price on the install they told me were to purchase tile on sale and being on time as nd no b. S straight and forward I would use this company again for new projects coming up. Good job guys
