They took over for a company that completely forgot about me for 6 weeks when the technician quit. Not only has Swan Point kept it clean, they had to bring it back from the rusty look it acquired over that month and a half of no cleaning. FIVE STARS (I'd go higher).

The repairman, Mark, was prompt, courteous and very helpful. He pointed out a missing but needed anti-corrosion device to prolong the life of the temperature sensor and installed it within a couple of days. All of this happened during Christmas week. A great team and honest, reasonable service.
