I called in at 9am to report a claim, and was called by the Company within an hour to provide service.  The service tech was super nice by fitting me in the same day!! I was so excited, because my home was so hot that the floors was sweating, plus due to the heat I had to see my doctor for the worst heat rash that I have gotten in years.  The technician communicated well and did the job within 20 minutes and had my home cooling in no time!!!

Choice Home Warranty, not only emailed me, to let me know when my service request was sent, but called me to make sure I had the contact information for the AC Technician.  I can not thank them enough for the excellent customer service!
