We buy he product from Home Depot so if we buy one of their products the we just call a number. They have nothing to do with Home Depot. They just ask us to give them the part numbers for the faucet and they replace it. They send us the parts and we then re-build the faucet. We have probably done that ourselves half a dozen times because it is something the store does. It is not exactly convenient, but it works out. We just call them and tell them what is wrong with the sink and they immediately send us the pieces. They don't charge us at all for this service because it is covered in the lifetime warranty. The experience was excellent. They have products from a very low price all the way up to very fancy faucets so we can pick our price range. We consistently buy their ceiling fans, faucets and other products because they stand by their products.
