Mr. Bateman arrived on time and was very professional. He gave us an estimate that was very competitive. He totally deliver on his work, his services includes: installed the server software (that he sold us), create 5 stations for remote desktop, transfer all data necessary into the server, install Quickbooks, Microsoft office 365 an other software need it. He was extremely knowledgeable, did all the things we need it and explain all the steps. He answer all the questions we had, and now we are super happy that everything is properly working. We can connect to our server from any computer even with our own smart phone. Also, he gave us 30 days warranty on his job, and his personal cell phone in case we have any questions. Overall very good service on a competitive price.

Many, many viruses.
I think that they did a good job trying to get my old computer to work. But I feel like I got a good deal because I ended up with a better computer. I would use them again if needed.
Terrible <br /> <br />
The laptop was repaired with a new motherboard. We Installed the new motherboard and during the testing phase we noticed that (deleted member name) CPU Fan was malfunctioning. We replaced the CPU Fan and didn't charge him for it since we already had it apart. We always let the customers know what the price was going to be before doing any work. We called him with the price of $350.00 He could have taken the laptop to another repair shop if he did not like the price we quoted. There would not have been any charge. He was happy and friendly when he picked it up and as far as we know the laptop is still running fine. I do not understand why he would give a bad review.
Removed infection, replaced keyboard, but it still had problems, so I purchased another one in lieu of paying for more repairs, They gave me a good deal. David was great!
Fix it fast asked for my business. I called them back and set up an appointment. The first appointment they were ill and advised they wouldn't be out. They came the next day. He was very nice, gave me a good price, did a great job. he attached my new printer and fixed my computer.
