"After a few unhappy experiences with other companies in the area. I took another chance and selected BDI Cleaning Service. Here is a few bullets of my experience.
I called early morning and the account manager came out and provide me a quote based on my square footage. 
They were very professional 
On Time
Licensed and insured but the Owner told us they had a zero tolerance policy on theft...that was reassuring since they were in every part of our home!
Efficient...they never stopped working...for 4.5 hours!
I finally feel like I had a service performed by a company who delivered on their word.
Everything was done...I didn't have to follow them around checking or watching their every move. (Like with other companies)
Thorough is the best word I can think of to describe this company...they did everything they said they would do...AND gave me a Customer Checklist which was signed by me and their employee to confirm I was happy with their service

If you want your property cleaned by professionals use "BDI CLEANING SERVICE!!!!"  The Owner followed up the next day to confirm I was happy...I had promised to provide a review but totally forgot.   The account manager, called me today to see if I needed any more cleaning done and reminded to complete survey.  I was not going to end my day without letting folks in Corpus know about this awesome company. 
Last comment: They were not the cheapest (Been there, done that, Got burned, Never Again) but the money was absolutely worth it...I have already schedule them for my holiday cleaning.

"Wasn't called Porch Service s. Maybe the name change since they provided me with service. The name of the gutter cleaning service that I used was Leaf Relief. They were very good and very quick. It was a contact less visit which I appreciated."
