They installed a new light and it burned out in approximately a month, rarely being used. They are supposed to fix the cover for the pool filter which they messed up. We called them back this year and still did not correct the problem. They came out a third time and they destroyed the chlorinator and glued the cover on the filter destroying that as well. It all has to be replaced. We called a different company out to fix their issues.

"Ram" came to the house and performed the job. Even though he had never seen my particular system he immediately adjusted the valves perfectly and tested the system. He asked some questions and was kind and respectful. He fixed the problem efficiently and with excellent result. Most importantly he did not soak me like A Perfect Pool did!

The pool is sparkling clean. It is tempting to go swimming even when it's chilly.

I called 4 different pool people and this company showed up and impressed me. The crew from Sunray came out everyday and the manager monitored to make sure they were doing what they were supposed to. They still come out whenever I need them. I have no issues with them and I would rate them very high.

Went extremely well. I called on a Monday and they made an appointment for the next morning. They actually showed up a little early (not unreasonably) and were done within an hour at the agreed upon price. No fuss, no muss.

They were on on time and very professional. I would use them again.

Joe V. had the pump working immediately and he described to me everything that he did to get the pump working again. First though, I attempted to work on the pump myself when the water stopped circulating. I took the engine and pump in for repairs to the gaskets in the pump. I reinstalled the pump/engine once repairs were done. I turned on the pump and all was well for 30 seconds and then the engine just quit. I thought it was electrical and we had been having problems with the timer - so I went out and bought a timer. I re-installed the timer making sure that all the wires were back in the right place. This did not fix the problem and cost me $70 and 2 hours of my time. I then asked my retail store what the problem could be. They suggested that I change the capacitor - which took a week to get shipped and $40 plus 2 hours of my time. That did not work either. I then started fiddling with the engine tightening the screws that connect the wiring. A spark flew as I touched the screwdriver on a grounded piece of metal. The spark burned a hole in the screwdriver. I then realized that I had been playing with 220v and could have killed myself. I then called Sunray to come fix the problem. Joe found that my circuit breaker panel was wired incorrectly and also the wires to the timer were also incorrect. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes. So lets do the math for all of you do-it-your-selfers out there. I spent one week waiting on parts, about 6 hours of my time mis-diagnosing the problem, getting parts and putting things back together. I also spent $110 in parts, AND I almost killed myself. Best to leave it to the experts......Thanks Joe and Sunray Pools.

They were punctual and performed the work quickly. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to find a part for our pool motor even though it was an old model. I felt he was honest and fair to us.

Overall this went well. They were very prompt, thorough and they followed up with me. The workers that came to my house were professional and they knew what they were doing. This was the first time I used them and I would use them again.

I would use them again. They came at the time expected and have been professional during these last three months.

They are a responsive, prompt and efficient company. I plan on using them in the near future.

Generally disappointing. They clean the big stuff, but seem inconsistent in vacuuming so that there is residual silt frequently. Sometimes ask to do it right, but don't think that should be necessary. They also did a major cleaning after long neglect and did that satisfactorily and at reasonable price. Sunray did exactly as promised and charged me less than the original ball-park estimate. The appointment fit my schedule and the technician came out at an acceptable time on the appointed day. Joe performed the work professionally and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely recommend Sunray. p.s. Sunray was much better than my previous pool servicing company. The old company sent knuckleheads that took twice as long to do a simple job and left you wondering about their competency.

The entire process went well and the pool looks great. The company was prompt and professional and did everything as outlined in the estimate. They also re-grouted pool edge tile for no additional cost.

Open M-F, so my Sat call was answered by machine (which did not announce the business hours, by the way) but early Monday morning, my call as returned. They said a serviceman would be on the way. No one would be home to save him from my three dogs who would likely lick him to death, so they came the next day. The serviceman came out and checked out why our pool pump would not come on. He found a burned out relay switch in the control box, which had possibly been caused by power surge or lightning during one of the scarce thunderstorms we have had. He did not have the part, so came back the next day and fixed the control box relay. Everything is working great again! The service was definitely prompt, polite and obviously, knowledgeable. I will call on Sunray Pool Service in the future.

They do the chemicals every week and replastered it for me. I'm really pleased with them and they're honest people.

I am always pleased with Sunray Pool Service people who have been coming to my home for about ten years now on a weekly basis. They service our pool from Spring until November, someone comes weekly to clean the pool, check the chemical levels and we have also had some other repair work done by their service people. I like that I can call them to ask a question and they are always very informative about my pool concerns. The staff is professional; the service department is very knowledgeable, as we have hired them to change filters, pumps and other major repair work in the past.

They are a top quality company and work force. The service is excellent,the service is very prompt even in bad weather they still come to service the pool. We are totally satisfied with everything they do.

Sunray Pool Service does a very good job with my pool. They are a very good company to use and nice to work with. The last time that I used them they showed up on time and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the pool cleanliness before they left.
