Description of Work: Our 10+ year old pool pump went out. Sunray gave us a phone estimate and came out quickly and did the work. No complaints. They did a good job. The service person with Sunray was nice and professional, and called to let me know 30 min before he arrived so I could get home in time.

Description of Work: My pump broke down with a noise to disturb the neighbors and I had a heater that failed some time ago so I checked around and chose Sunray. Even though this was August they were here the same day (owner Ralph Fikes personally) reviewed the situation and made suggestions. He even talked me out of replacing a perfectly good DE filter during the process. His crew and he had the work scheduled for two days later and did just as promised. The recommended equipment is impressive. I would have chosen lesser quality products if I had been doing it on my own. Pool is great, neighbors are not getting any noise, and I am quite pleased. Sunray will be my sole choice for pool work from this point on.

Description of Work: I was looking for a filter for my above ground pool and contacted Sunray Pool Supply. They were most helpful in helping me find the correct part number for my filter. I was given a price for the filter but told that since I didn't receive service from the company, they could not sell me the filter out right. I really appreciated then being given suggestions of where I might be able to find my filter. I have spent months searching for this filter at various other pool stores. All it took this time was a couple phone calls and I found what I needed. Sunray went above and beyond what was needed.
