All jobs were done extremely well and Mr. Hall is the perfectionist everyone would want to work on electrical issues in their home. He's not only precise with the electrical issues, but also a perfectionist in placement and appearance of electrical fixtures and lighting.

The technician was really good, knowledgable, and courteous. He let me know that I would first have to have some extra work done since I have an older system. The panel box needs to be replaced first before they can do the work for the Big Deal. I am glad that I had them come out but I did get a refund on the deal for now.

I was so impressed. I bought the coupon for $99 for $200 worth of work to install an outdoor fan. When he was done, he said I still had credit and he updated an old GFCI outlet that was constantly tripping. I will gladly call AllGOOD for any other electrical work because they really live up to thier name.

Overall, the experience with having Allgood do my electrical service was outstanding. I would definately use them again. Chris and his assistant were professional and very careful. They cleaned up the work area nicely.

I called Allgood Electric on a Friday afternoon at 1:54 pm and was told a technician would return my call within 3 hours. My call was not returned until Monday morning and then I had to re-explain everything as the message had not been handed out properly. The person who called me was pleasant and told me that a technician would have to come view the job to provide a quote. The technician arrived shortly thereafter and seemed to do a thorough job in inspecting the current outlet and what it would take to install the new one. He explained this all to me well and then went to work up the quote. He quoted $950 to replace the outlet which was well outside what I was expecting so we turned down the offer for that job. He then offered to replace the dryer cord to make it useable with our current outlet for $175. The job took him about 5 minutes and seemed pretty simple. The part itself cost only $15. In retrospect, this was something I could have done myself and saved a ton of money, but I did not know that at the time. Overall, the service from the dispatch was average and the service from the technician was great. The sour taste in my mouth was the prices for both the quote and the job performed. I should have shopped around better and that's my fault but this should provide you with a good vignette on pricing for Allgood. I will likely try my luck with another well reported Electrician on Angie's List the next time I need work to see if I get more relief on the wallet.

I hired him to bring my bathroom remodel up to code electrically. He was very polite and easy to work with. I would recommend Allgood Electric.

From the beginning they appeared to be professional, before arriving the company called and told me who would be coming and when, the electrician called prior to arrival and ensure there was no issues before the job could start. On the day of installation the electrician arrived on time and ready to work. The job was completed and the installation area was cleaned as thou he was never there. I will hire them again!

Arrived promptly, very honest with information that I requested (I had already done some research). Did a fantastic job. Very minimal clean up required because James cleaned up as well. Very pleased with the job that was done as a matter of fact I am calling tomorrow because I've decided I want some lighting in my living room as well.

So I liked the guy and I thought he did a good job, but I feel like I got price gouged. I should have gone with my gut when he told me what the cost of installing a new valace would be but I really needed it done and it wasn't until after he left that I regretted having them install it. BUT the guy was really nice, I think I just had sticker shock especially since I was quoted by a competitor for an entire new light fixture and fixture for about $170. I do realize part of it was consumer negligence and I should have asked for a price break down, but its hard to swallow that price when I found the part at Home Depot for about $30 bucks and it took the guy a whole 10 minutes. Oh well, you live and learn... Another issue is that we were needing a ceiling fan installed in our master bedroom. There is no current fixture installed so they would have to run wiring but because it is by remote the installation process should be easier to wire. We do have vaulted ceilings and no crawl space but I was told by two professionals prior to All Good coming out today that they could drop a wire and it should be that complicated just a little more time consuming. Well the quote that All Good gave me was $1300! I couldn't believe it. The other quote was only a fourth of that!!!! I guess that based on the other reviews I it looked like they had some really good prices out there. And maybe valaces are that expensive... I don't know, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I don't want to give them a horrible rating because I may not know enough, but I just feel that what I ended up paying, especially when the wiring is already there is a little insane.

A co-worker of my husband's recommended Allgood Electric to us (this was before I ever signed up for Angie's List). Our new house was built in 1946 and the great room was very outdated (too few outlets and 2-prong sockets only), not to mention other problems (double lugged breakers, broken conduit, etc). I knew it wasn't an easy job, but it needed to be done. I called Allgood and talked to James. He and his Journeyman (I think his name was Dane) came out to look at the job the same week. They got started on it the following week, bringing in a team of a half dozen guys the first day. They worked literally all day, then two guys worked all day the second day to complete the job. I was very impressed with the team work this group of young men exhibited on what I know could feel like a very frustrating job (i.e. trying to locate a line drop under the house, the heat, etc). Dane was great as he caught the issue with the current on the outside panel (was hooked up to potentially pull more than the 120 A it was rated for, with 200 A available from CPS energy); our home inspector did not catch that. Dane also caught a problem with a ceiling fan that the previous home owner had not properly connected to the fan box, potentially saving us damage to our floors as the fan would have fallen at some point. James and Dane were very friendly, relaxed and professional from beginning to end. I did not interact much with the rest of the team, but they were also friendly and professional throughout. We still have a few more line drops and electrical updates to existing lines that need to be done. When we are ready, we will absolutely call Allgood Electric.

We were in the process of buying a house that is 97 years old. We wanted an electrician to evaluate the integraty of the electrical system. ALLGOOD came out and inspected the electrical system, to include crawing under the house. There were no corrections that needed to be made and we were not charged for the survice. I will be using them in the future for electrical upgrades that will be required for the property

I have used them several times. I had a $100 coupon. There were no issues. They were prompt. I would definitely use them again.

The worker that came out for Allgood Electric was just excellent. My doorbell had stopped working and he needed a chime and didn't have one in his truck so he went to Lowe's and got one. He just did everything he could to make sure it got done and while he was here he went around and checked my outlets and just did a real thorough job. He told me to go on Angie's List to print off a coupon and that was like $25 off and he told me that even if it was expired he would take it. He checked all of the outlets and had some kind of instrument. He had to take the faceplates off when he inspected them and put a little device in there and said everything was hooked up right. He was super nice and that was great. He ran and got the chime and paid for it and then I paid him back on his billing.

They came out and investigated the situation. The confirmed it was safe. They were very punctual and responsive. I called one day and they came out the next day. Jim came called me from the site, told me what he found, and made his recommendations.

They were quick to respond and came out the same week I called them. The guy who came out immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He explained the problem with garbage disposal an why it was non-functional. He was also very professional, efficient, and friendly.
