Called next day to setup appt. Arrived on time. Very cooperative and knowledgable. Shared a lot of insights.

They called me back, and said they could come out, but only from 2-5. I asked if they could come out at 4 on the given day, they refused. Only would come out between the hours of 2-4. So, I am going to contact someone who can come out, given a good lead time, within the hours I can make it without having to lose work. It isn't unreasonable to ask.

The initial meeting was good and I felt that the gentleman was knowledgeable and capable.

Our technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He did a very thorough inspection and made several recommendations (all easy fixes). He also found a small natural gas leak at our meter, which CPS immediately fixed. I would definitely use this company again.

Ron from Allgood had installed lighting and a new exterior electrical circuit in our home last year. As part of that service, he checked the electrical panels in the garage and outside and discovered several irregularities in the garage panel. He gave us a written estimate for the cost of replacing the panel with a larger panel and we contacted 2 other companies for their estimates. After comparing the 3 estimates, we called Allgood and they worked with our schedule to find a day for the work. Ron and his assistant worked steadily for over 4 hours, disconnecting the old wiring/circuit breakers, replacing with the new and correcting the incorrect (not-to-code) wiring that had been done before we bought the house. He also installed an upgraded surge protection system. They were completely professional and we felt comfortable enough with Ron to go out to brunch while the power was turned off. We came back to a clean work area and legible circuit identifications next to each breaker. Will definitely call them for future work.

After discussing the issues and options, we decided to go ahead and replace both the exterior and interior panels and upgrade the electrical outlets in the house to current code. A three man crew completed all the work in a single day. They wasted little time and worked steadily throughout the day. The work was carefully done, and past city inspection with flying colors.

Track lighting was not functioning in two different places. Located electrical boxes where main wiring was done and realized that the connections were not done properly.

Great service, however it comes at a high price. The quality of the work and the knowledge of the electricians is great. If you want the job done correct the first time call Allgood. They have been and will be my electrical source, however they are a bit expsnive but I do not have any worries about the quality of the work being performed.

My experience with Allgood Electric went well. They showed up and did the work studiously and efficiently. They left and cleaned up.

Work was done neatly and efficiently; no cleanup was needed. Technician was courteous, efficient and showed up on time. No issues, would use this Contractor again for electrical work. Used the Angie's List coupon.

This is not my first experience with the company. Last year they installed outside flood lights around my house, put up a ceiling fan on my patio and also put an outlet on my patio. Once again everything went well with Allgood. Ron told me that I had a few loose wires outside and he tighten them for me. He also gave me ideals on changing my recess lighting to LED in order to save money on electricity. He even went as far as going to a website to show me the recommended bulbs and kit that I could buy at a local Home Depot store ($29 each). He explained how to change them myself so that I could save even more money. I'll definately use Allgood again if I need electrical work. This was $49 well spent!

I called for an estimate to install 2 flood lights. The service guy was over an hour late. He wrote a quote and said he would email me pictures of the actual lights. NEVER HEARD FROM ALLGOOD AGAIN.

I experienced a recent electrical fire and had a junction box repaired by a competitor of Allgood Electrical. A few days later, a wall outlet sparked and a breaker was triggered. I was unable to reach the original electrician, despite advertising 24/7 emergency calls. Albeit this being Fiesta weekend in SA, I had no trouble reaching a licensed electrician with Allgood who advised me without charge. I take this to be a reflection of their honesty and they have earned by future business.

He definitely knew what he was doing. He did what he said he was gonna do when he was gonna do it. He did a lot of electrical work in one day. He wasn't cheap. He was very well-organized. He seemed to be really professional. I'm planning to probably call him back.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time. The evaluation was very thorough and the technician was responsive to my questions and concerns. Fortunately, no major problems were found which is great peace of mind.

The electrician worked diligently correcting the problems he found with the 10 inop. recessed living room lights. I purchased this 9 y/o home last summer and didn't realize until Allgood's visit that the previous owner did not have the living room lighting properly installed. The wire connections were electrical taped together outside of junction boxes and with improper caps, and none of the wire connections were twisted together, which causes a poor connection and heat build up. My one complaint comes from the electricians deadpan and unprofessional comment after discovering my problem...."You need to sell your house!" This type comment does absolutely no good and only instills fear. I hired Allgood to analyze a problem and provide a recommended solution and its subsequent cost. I did not hire them to make sensational and emotional comments that add no value to resolving my issue. I recommend Allgood train its employees on the proper way to handle finding a significant problem, you state facts and recommend solutions.

I purchased one hour of service on Angie's list for approximately $90 for one hour of service. I had been having an issue with the lights in my shop and could not figure out the problem. The technician showed as scheduled and quickly found a bad breaker and replace it. Problem solved. They were here about an hour and did not charge me anything additional for the part which I fully expected to pay for. Very pleased with the service and price.

I got an estimate on the other items I would like to have completed. Most of them are in the range of $250.00. I might have to wait to have those items addressed.
