Couldn't have asked for a more professional and punctual contractor, even down to the time estimates. Great job.

The service went very well. He was quick and efficient. The one light fixture was in a small attic storage space. the lightbulb had broken in the fixture. The repairman had it replaced and fixed in no time. I would definitely call them again for any other electrical needs.

Once the appointment was set, everything went great. The gentleman that did the install was quick, professional, and thorough with the installation. The woman handling setup and management of appointments was lost and that's putting it kindly. It took me several calls and attempts to get an install date setup and she wasn't so pleasant on the phone. Again, I don't want to take away from the great work they do...just be prepared to deal with some heartache up front getting it scheduled.

I have submitted the review twice to Angie list and there are not getting it. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANOTHER REVIEW ON THIS. All Good did a great job, but I'm getting fed up with Angie list with email on the same thing. OVER & OVER AGAIN!

It went perfect. He came installed it, and it was very quick and simple.

Used this company last year and was very happy with the results. Not this year, called to say had no power in garage and was quoted a trip fee of $29 to come out. When the electrician got here he would not even try to diagnose the problem unless I wrote a check for $350+ because they changed their pricing policy. Told them that would have been nice to know and should have been told that over the phone before they were sent out. I asked if it could be just a bad outlet you would still charge me $350, he said let me talk to my boss. Came back and said it could be between $275 and $350+. Wrote a check for the $29 trip fee and said goodbye, called another company on Angie's list and was extremely satisfied. Will not call Allgood Electric again.

He arrived and told me what he had to check. He did all the work within 2 hours. I was amazed. I had Will Fix It out and he worked all day and couldn't figure it out. Said he needed some $1000 equipment to figure it out. Kevin at Allgood said the circuit finder was about $100 and he had one. Thanks

We liked Allgood Electric. They were good. Things went very well. He was on time and very polite. He did everything that we asked him to do and even a little more.

Colin and a helper worked hard and seemed efficient. They were courteous and kept cleaning as they worked. I was impressed as Colin took time to explain issues and discuss corrective actions.

excellent, professional job...They took the time to explain the work to me in non-electrician's terms, let me know the potential problems to look out for in a house of our age wired in the way that it is (and what I can do to keep future problems from happening), and overall we were very happy with Allgood.

It all started with an Angie's List "Big Deal" to inspect the electrical system in my home. Since I had recently moved in and the house was 18 years old, I thought it was a good deal. It was better than that. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor in my home. Sylvia with All Good called right away after I purchased the "Big Deal". She was very pleasant & made the appointment for an electrician to come out. The electrician, Colin, arrived on time and was very professional. He inspected everything and explained it all as he went along. I decided to have some of the repairs he suggested done and he came back the next week and he did all the work as promised. He cleaned up after himself and was very respectful of my home. I will definately use All Good the next time I need any electrical repairs or additions done in my home.

I actually spent a little more. I believe I spent about $200. I bought the deal then I had them do some extra work. Everything was fine. I asked them to take care of something, and they got it done.

Kevin is an exemplary electrician & should be Employee of the Year for AllGood Electric. He is courteous, timely, careful...and very conscious of cleaning area after he finishes. I had another company doing work at the same time, and they just left a big mess. Kevin handvac'd the area around the outlets! He completed all the work in less time than predicted. I can't say enough good things about his work ethic.

Purchased a Big deal for Allgood Electric. We had them add an electrical outlet higher on the wall for a wall mounted television. They was great, friendly, arrived on time, and cleaned up nicely when the work was completed.

They did a great job well done, so well in fact that I wanted them to come back and do another job, but now the are charging $39.95 to come to the home to give you a quote, now if they had said they would apply that toward or remove from the final bill I would have them come back out but they do not do that.

Cut holes on the walls to pull wiring out. it took this company 5 months to not complete their service. all good would drop our work so they could work with wealthy customers. breakers are constantly clicking off. no final city inspection has been meet because all good hasn't bothered to make arrangements. all good has ignored our emails and calls. Holes in walls where never repaired, huge roaches are entering our home. all good has left exposed wiring on our walls. I bet you if our home was more expensive and we had more money, these problems they left us would be taken care of. NO FINAL INSPECTION, HOLES ON OUR WALLS, EXPOSED WIRING AND CEILING LIGHT FIXTURES GOING OUT. I will not call on all good again.

I thought the service was ok. They sent two young guys over and it was pretty windy that day. When they opened my screen door it slammed into my light. It could happen to anyone but you would hope that contractors would be extra careful. It seems like they were fairly prompt, quick. They were pretty thorough. They quoted me prices afterwards that seemed out of the ball park. The guys seemed knowledgeable. They seemed expensive to fix a breaker, easy fixes. They seemed pretty punctual.

Very thorough. Measured room for proper placement of lights. Work was performed as requested. No issues. Will use them again if needed.

I have used Allgood a couple of times and have been very pleased with the results. Troy has always responded to phone calls and has been very professional. His prices are very reasonable. His crew showed up on time and completed the job as requested. A few weeks following the service one of the power outlets stopped working. I called Allgood and Troy came out and saw that the outlet was defective and replaced it at no cost to us. We're VERY SATISFIED with their work and will use them again when we need electrical work done. We recommend Allgood Electric to anyone needing electrical service.

Allgood called to see if it would be okay to come earlier than the appointment. When they arrived and surveyed the existing outdoor electric connection, it was decided that an additional part would be needed. While it took some time to return to the warehouse and get back to the job, that presented no problem. During the course of the installation, two problems that had nothing to do with the normal installation were discovered. Both of these had potential to lead to future serious, costly and dangerous problems. These were corrected at no additional charge. I felt very reassured after the work was done. While I consider myself to be a fairly skilled DIY guy (I will wire an outlet, fan or light), I really do not mess with electricity due to the danger and the problem of doing something that does not meet code. I will use Allgood Electric again for any future electrical needs.

I contacted Allgood to possibly get work done by them (remove a light/install a ceiling fan in garage). When I called them to ask about a quote (one that I think would be pretty standard, between $XX.00 and $XX.00). The woman who answered the phone at ~ 08:30 AM on 21MAY13 told me they charge $29 to send a technician to your house for a quote, but the quote is free (??). This $29 was not applied to the total cost she said, it was an additional cost. I then asked if they had a Military Discount. She told me only if you are a Veteran. I asked her what she meant, since she was differentiating. She said, "you know a Veteran, like if you've retired from the Military." I informed her that they need to reword their discount policy as anyone who as ever served, to include those currently serving is a Veteran. I understand the need to charge to drive all around SATX, but don't call it a free quote if it costs $29, that is a lie. Also, it should be applied to the cost if you use them for the work. Not only do Allgood's policies need reworked, but that receptionist needs fired. Allgood managerial staff: She lost you a lot of business. If I liked the work done in the garage, I was going to use you for other projects about the house (deck lighting/outdoor outlet install/driveway lights/possibly more). Additionally, I will be telling all of my active duty VETERAN brothers and sisters to steer clear of you. This town has many businesses with military discounts...you should be one. P.S. - this is one of few reviews I have written online, that is the kind of bad impression your company made on me.
